I have written a couple of Reviews for G2, and they always reward me with something nice (Like a gift card). I am always honest when writing my reviews and I don't feel any pressure to leave a good or bad review, I just speak my mind. I hope to stay in touch with G2 and collaborate some more in the future.
Review of emirates
Having recently suffered truly terrible service from BA, and deciding never to fly with them again, we booked with Emirates for a trip from London to Dubai. We have flown with Emirates a number of times over the years and have never had a problem.This time was no exception, in fact I felt that I should post here on Trustpilot to say how good the flights were, as most postings are, by nature, usually negative.We travelled out of Gatwick on the 29.5.24 at 21.45 on Flight No.EK010, as a family of six with two young children. The flight was probably the best I have had for years! The cabin crew, particularly Marko and Mohamed were amazing, true professionals who were simply excellent at their jobs. I will remember their care and kindness for ever.We returned on the 4.6.24 at 14.55 on flight No.EK009. Our seats were in economy on the upper deck of the aircraft. This flight could not have been more different to the outbound flight through no fault of Emirates. The problem was a particularly difficult and ignorant family sitting just in front of us. I will not go into detail about their behaviour, but the cabin crew were amazing in their patience and handling of them, as the situation could have easily escalated and got out of control, again true professionals.

so im missing all this content? my pre season rewards the 82 x 10s, my mega packs, my 1500xp and jumbo rare players pack,when i try talking to ea they keep fogging me off. the one said the other day i would get my packs in the next few days? i go back on there to say the case has been solved yet still nothing? i then go on there again the agent says it shouldnt of been solved and im guna have to wait ages to get my missing content? anybody else having this issue? im tempted to sue

I booked a flight through Booking.com but entered my email address incorrectly. I realised something was wrong and contacted their customer service a month before my flight, providing my Payment ID and Acquirer Reference Number.Despite this, I received only automated replies telling me to call phone numbers where I was asked for a booking reference I didn’t have. I sent multiple emails explaining the situation but got no real help.Finally, I escalated to their CEO. A staff member named Renato found the issue — a simple typo — in one minute. Why couldn’t customer service do that during the 30 days I asked for help?To make matters worse, Booking.com isn’t part of any UK ombudsman or ADR scheme, This means that when something goes wrong, UK customers are left with no access to an independent complaints process. Booking.com is not listed on Resolver, and because of Brexit, UK residents can’t use the EU’s ODR platform either.Very disappointing service for such a well-known company.

Stayed with harrison downtown hotel through agoda and turned out to be a complete demolishion site no breakfast no ramp amd no pool and was advertised with pool but hasn't been one for years false advertising. Absolutely shocking nightmare I should got full refund! Never stay at harrison downtown hotel!!!!!!

They scheduled a call response time was two hours. When that ran out they advised me they get an update reply was we don't respond to the call after 10:30 which it then was they recalled the tow company response was he was busy left my wife and myself stranded. Horrible never trust them again

I don’t understand why so many people are unhappy with the ads on the free version. What do you expect? Just pay £9.99 a month and get premium it’s not exactly extortionate. 10quid a month for unlimited music. Problem now days is everyone just wants something for free. Why should I buy music when I can just use the YouTube converter.... why should I pay to see a film when I can download it on the internet... Bad attitude. You’re happy enough to spend 100s of pound every year on alcohol and cigarettes but don’t want to spend £10 a month on music. Stop moaning and just get premium. You can make loads of playlists and listen to hours of music uninterrupted it’s great.

I cannot in good conscience support Coinbase, a company that has chosen to promote and align itself with Donald Trump.This is not about political opinions. Trump is a known criminal. He has:- Pardoned all January 6th insurrectionists- Cut essential services including Medicaid and USAID- Attempted to fire hundreds of thousands of Federal employees- Arrested judges and senators- Suppressed all non right-wing media- Sent the Coast Guard and Marines to suppress peaceful protests in Los Angeles- Trampled on trans rights- Deported immigrants and even U.S. citizens without due process- Lied about deportees being gang members, sending them to a concentration camp in El Salvador- Enabled masked police to abduct people directly off the streets- Illegally detained foreign tourists for days and even weeks in jail without charges- Lied about Ukraine, stating they started a war with Russia. When in fact, Russia unlawfully invaded Ukraine.- Held a military parade for himselfCoinbase chose to support this. During the parade, they were explicitly thanked with the words: “Special Thanks To Our Sponsor – Coinbase.”That is not a neutral act. It is complicity. I have closed my account and will not support a company that helps normalize authoritarianism and human rights violations.

We are a group of senior C-level managers starting an Internet-based business aimed at professionals. One of us has been running a consultancy company for 20+ years why we think we as a team know the business drill at an acceptable level. So, we apply for a payment solution at Braintree. And waits. For a week. For two weeks. Three weeks. Four. And still counting. And yes, we gave this company the benefit of the doubt and re-applied to cover for eventual internal sloppiness with customer applications. While we are still waiting we ask ourselves if we have ever in our careers met a company within a competitive sector that systematically ignores potential customers. The answer is, surprisingly - yes. Even twice. But both these rotten tomatoes went bankrupt within two years. We thank Braintree for showing its true face already before us signing up. Platinum American Express Card hold. Lounge access at airports outside side of the USA is nonexistent. They give you what lounges are available… false information the access is via Priority Pass which is far cheaper if you purchase just Priority Pass directly from them and skip the $695 AmEx fees. For me traveling overseas, the card has been next to useless, especially in Asia. I am currently in Amsterdam Airport with no access to any lounge, of the 5 last airports AMEX provides lounge information that is actually Priority Pass access nothing to do with American Express. Yes, membership to Priority Pass is free with the platinum card. If you travel a lot in my view the Platinum AmEx isn't a good value.

I am pretty sure none of their policies are compatible with legal regulations, and they're certainly not compatible with the best-interest of their users, or straightforward ethics, but they don't care to do anything about it.
