I am a new to ASK but won’t be going back. I was enticed by the free garlic bread for members and free kids meal in school half term. Dining in Oxford today we were “looked after” by the grumpiest waitress I have met. She refused our table free garlic bread because there was a child eating free. REALLY!? She clearly had personal issues to resolve as was even grumpy when we asked for the right number of napkins and cutlery. Back to Pizza Express for us

The worst hotel booking service. They connived with Epidavros Hotel, 14 Koumoundourou Street, Athens, 10437 Greece to defraud me of £64.32 and refuse to refund me the money. I made reservations for 1 to 3 March 2024 and cancelled it after i heard report of how bad the hotel is . How robbery and drug dealing is the order of the day there, I cancelled and they refuse to refund me .

I not only have the pleasure of working for Hilton Worldwide as a Corporate Team Member, but I am also a loyal Hilton customer. Even before I started working for the company, I can't remember any single stay I have experienced at a Hilton property that didn't live up to my expectations and customer service level standards. I will continue to support the Hilton branded properties due to my positive experiences over many years, and look forward to visiting many more of them in the future.

Hilton is licensing the constructing of a Hampton hotel on the site of a bulldozed mosque on China’s Uyghur region, where more than 1 MILLION MUSLIMS are being held in concentration camps. Hilton is SUPPORTING GENOCIDE and benefiting of the land of an oppressed people. I sold a graphics card for my 14 yr old because he wanted to upgrade.The system is now terrible,the item has been delivered but eBay is saying it hasn't been,and I can't get the money for my son.This platform is now completely dead for me,your relying on the honesty of the buyer to get your money,and from what I've read theres alot that aren't honest and sellers arent getting their funds released.Very long term user,I will only be a buyer from now on,mostly from Amazon.

Used duolingo for a couple of years learning Spanish, as no longer using wished to cancel my subscription. Should be simple. No, I no longer have the laptop I set up the subscription on so impossible to cancel. Impossible to communicate with anyone at duolingo, via email or on telephone. The app helpfully tells me that even deleting my account will not cancel my subscription. I have requested my bank to put a merchant block on Duolingo requesting money from my account. Utterly disgraceful way to treat customers.

This was my go to news site for over 8 years but uninstalled last week. Just too frustrating to fight thru ads to see news. Can't even have a sneeky look during meetings since musical ad can pop up from nowhere. So disappointed using bbc app now. Not as well laid out and easy to navigate

I received an error message on my iOS device today saying that I didn't have a contract also my contract is already running. To protect my device, I had to order a Testversion for one week. However, Bitdender does not offer any contact, only standard questions. Therefore I do not have the option to cancel this new contract and ask what to do. A company that prevents its customers from contacting it is not even worth a star.

Asked for 3 times my password change the minute I wanted to go into an import meeting, changed it, and asked me for a 6-digit code, I entered the meeting 10 minutes late. Why not send an email the moment they think there is suspicious activity?I will find a cheaper similar (read better) product

Their website used to be second to none. A search would produce a plethora of fascinating images and info. That was then. Now, a search turns up 'no image available', and a load of unhelpful boring twaddle. What was was once an excellent resource has been completely ruined by the usual website make over wonks, cf the Rijksmuseum.

What an appalling company! The pure arrogency of this customer hating company is unbelievable. I was a prime member paying for a service then I was restricted then permently restricted. For What?? Violations of what I dont know?? This company acts like the spanish inquisition!! No appeal no e mail no phone number no redress or discussion. I thought companies like this died out years ago!! Linkedin you should be appalled at your utter contempt for customers!!
