John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

We ordered a figurine that was listed as "new". What we received was a piece that was damaged and not in the original styro foam shell. It was wrapped in wrinkled tissue paper and the piece that was broken off was not in the box. We contacted Mercari and requested a refund and return label. They asked for pictures and we sent 14 photos of the item and box. In the end, they denied our request. We would never order from them again!

I had signed up for google ads about a month and a half ago. Just started my business, I can tell you that their metrics are absolutely wrong. No one has called me and if they’re saying I had 84.5k impressions and 1.67k clicks and 7 calls. I can assure you that that is highly inaccurate. No one has called me from google. When they are saying people called me from google I can say that my phone did not ring because I was a new business. Take the $500 and advertise on Facebook or market some other way. As a new business being mindful of costs is my number one priority. They had advertised that I get a $500 credit for signing up and creating the account. Well that was inaccurate. You have to spend $500 first to get $500. I didn’t see that anywhere or I would have never signed up. Customer support is NONEXISTENT. There simply is none. You can not get them on the phone. You can hardly get them to email you. Seems to me like that google ads is a scam. I feel I have had $500 stolen from me. I am unable to edit keywords, location, ad text, landing page and business info or budget and ad schedule via a desktop computer. I can only do it from a phone which is inconvenient and a nuisance. Support when you can email them and they respond they have no idea what you’re talking about. I have clearly stated that I don’t have a store front several times but yet they insisted that I need to contact local support because it sounds like a store front issue. Incompetence at its finest I will be calling my card company and talking with them and seeing what they think about the issue and if I have any repercussions I can take from being scammed of $500.
