Just signed up to Brevo and while setting it up had a question regarding "from" names in emails. I asked the Brevo support my question and had an answer, with a video of my page showing me where the problem was and how to fix it, the same morning. So far definitely good support, can recommend Brevo for its features (apparently after having expanded from their sendinblue brief) and of course their fast and friendly support team!

I thought I would share why I never ever consider booking a Hotel room with the Best Western group.It was around 2 to 3 years ago now when I booked a room at Best Western Diplomat Hotel and Spa in LLanelli in Wales, it was a break for me and my wife.We were fast asleep in my room, it was around about 2 o clock in the morning when the phone started to ring. It kept ringing and it turned out to be the Hotel porter, he told me that they had received a complaint and asked if I could hear anything.I was most unhappy at being woken up so I went and found the Night Porter, he thought the fact that he had woken me up was amusing - so I asked to see the manager.After a short while the manager came down and we discussed what had happenned, his view was that I would not complaining if there had been a problem..Then he went on to tell me that he was the owner of the Hotel.and thats why I never even consider Best Western Hotels.

I am a new AT&T customer. Your install team--Joe and Lee--were here at my home for about 4 hours on 1.10.25. They were both extremely pleasant, patient, helpful and conscientious. They took great care in choosing the best location for our new AT&T Internet equipment and were fastidious in keeping our home just as they found it. They were the most courteous of "workmen" we could have in and out of our house for several hours. We honestly enjoyed speaking with them and finding them both personable and thoughtful. We recommend them very highly and they gave us the absolute best first impression of our new relationship with AT&T!Also, I want to comment on Blaine, an "account" man who came while Joe and Lee were here. He was also a most pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable employee of whom you may be proud! He explained many things about our service and even gave suggestions I found very positive and enlightening.

I have been with this company almost 15yrs in they are the absolute worstWhen it comes to dependable internet service. It's stay out every other month. The bills are expensive but yet the service sucks. Please go to T.V.A FIBER Because I will be doing the same AT&T SUCKS They can improve there service.

Good piece of kit when it works. I have had problems with thermostat unpairing with heat link and all the genius at Nest customer service could come up with was move the thermostat to near the heat link or hard wire thermostat to heat link. Both totally impractible and this when the thermostat problems are well documented.

Chegg is the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their customer service is crap and they emptied my bank account completely over a rental book today. When I contacted them and asked for assistance explaining I have no way to even get gas for work or class because of their unauthorized charge they offered me a 3.46 cent refund as if that would make a difference in my situation at all. They are thieves who make unauthorized charges to accounts that they are not authorized to use through pay pal. Renter/ buyer beware!!! I’m a singe mother who now can not pay her bills or make it to work this week and their solution was 3 dollars and an inauthentic apology. The associate literally pushed me to a long of rage and tears and didn’t care at all to offer any real insight or help

Chegg used to be a good place to go to get homework help and tutor help from trying to understand process development, specifically for math. However, my recent experience I just posted a very simple question that I’ve worked out and I just wanted confirmation/clarification I was doing it right and I paid for the service, posted the question. I even took a photo of the question and yet I never got assistance or a response other than the AI asking for more information. Furthermore, Chegg is charging me for service they are not providing. It’s like paying for Netflix, but you can’t watch anything. I will just stick with Chegg as a place to rent textbooks and never use their tutoring/homework problem assistant sector ever again. It’s quite sad, this platform used to be really good at connecting students with tutors and getting assistance or watch tutorials, but I’ll just stick now with ChatGPT or Khan Academy.

I read the news alot with google. However, when one of the articles that are actually interesting and you want to read it; the site won't let you view it unless you pay and subscribe... why? "Get the full story" what a joke.There are no other news outlets/sites on google that do this. I've looked long and hard.7news, 9news the guardian and abc just to name a few; thay see no need to do this. Seems grubby, deceiving and almost feels like extortion just to catch up on the news. Very disappointing. Especially when the article is covid related.Sure, sell news papers and subscriptions for the full paper online. But this? Just no. Why? Is the daily freakin telegraph that bloody special?!Shame.

Used Lyft for a long time and won’t be anymore after my partners phone fell out her bag and it wasn’t returned by the driver. Lyft took far too long to deal with this request and we would’ve happily paid the fee to do so. No office line to call and slow response times. Poor!

Kroger fruit cocktail... absolutely disgusting! I used to love this brand, but that recently changed when I went out bought 6 cans of your fruit cocktail. The first can had fruit mixed in WATER, as opposed to "heavy syrup." The taste was horrible. The label said nothing about a change in ingredients. I hoped and thought this was a rare error in canning... that's how much I enjoyed their fruit cocktail. So, I waited for another day and opened another can. The moment that first spoonful hit my tongue I had to fight the reflex to throw it up! Nasty! Again, the label said nothing of a change from heavy syrup to water. What a vicious con! I'll have to check with Consumer Affairs to determine whether such an act constitutes a crime/violation as fraud/ selling a product in guise of another (misrepresentation). $15 might not seem like much money, but that's no reason to allow Kroger license to rob from undeserving consumers! These deceptive tactics have surely contributed to such a poor rating of this lecherous company!

I never write reviews unless I truly feel like I need to warn someone about a service. And in this case sadly that is true. Over and over again the Jotform technology truly just hasn't worked. And I am talking about simple form functionality - not anything complicated! My form is:(1) Not progressing on a specific question and instead going blank so that users cannot continue in the form(2) The autofill feature (which everyone uses through chrome) is causing the form to corrupt and not be able to be submitted(3) It is routing to a URL after being submitted that I don't have configured anywhere in the form(4) Form prepopulate will not load.

Made a request to deposit Solana into cripto.com from another exchange, the deposit didn't come through although I can see confirmation of withdrawal from the other exchange. I contacted cripto.com via the app on the 10th Nov 23 and to this day still no response. I followed up and also sent an email again no response. The customer service is the most appalling and non existent. I cannot believe this exchange is allowed to trade. I have never in my life come across this level of poor customer service especially for an Urgent matter of this nature where cripto/funds missing. They will likely respond to this message here by saying follow up on email/app but no one on other end will respond, this is to keep reputation in front of others.Update :Time: 00:47am (21.11.23)Subsequent to their response below as mentioned to keep reputation, still no update whatsoever, I have emailed, sent message via the app, still no human contact to take ownership of the matter its now 12 days since initial contact. Absolutely disgraceful behaviourUpdate: 11:15am, can confirm the issue has now been resolved and I have received my deposits. Someone finally reached out to me in the early morning and did something in the back end to resolve the matter as I confirmed all the addresses were correct. I'm glad it's sorted but cripto.com really need to improve customer service as it shouldn't be taking over 11 days to come back. Atleast get a human to update and advise they have received the query and will investigate, this will put a lot of people at ease rather than numerous follow ups from customers.
