Wen signing up i not good at reading the contract.The saleperson said there be no other charges just what you paying for card reader...Well that was a lie. If u not very good at reading contract get them to send u contract before you meet them as they lie to you so u sign up then find out later there hidden charges 3 months down the line. This works out dearer for me now, This puts in in stress. Dont believe the sale person wen say no other charges, got me to get a 2nd pay reader as thought it was a good deal i made it very clear its only £30 im only paying no other charges he said yes i repeat this few times to make sure i was only paying £30 with no other charges. I started wish i went for different company now. I was warn by other company there was hidden cost that they dont tel u but sale person unsure me there wasnt no other cost.

As a potential customer (we own a small business), we created an account to post an ad. Within HOURS we decided to cancel (free trail was only 5 days). The instructions on how to do that didn't work, sent an email to the ONLY email address listed anywhere and called 2 days later (they don't answer or work on weekends). Have gotten the runaround and bait and switch for 4 days and talked to 4 differect customer service people. It's a nightmare - AND they billed us for one month in advance - over $400!!! Never posted an ad, never used it and have proof of contact and their voice logs (they record). Am opening a BBB claim today. STAY AWAY if you are small business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been with them back and forth now for at least 2 weeks trying to fix a Rocksmith 2014 glitch and I continue to get the runaround. They ask me to send them a video file of the problem yet their file system only allows for 10-20mb submissions! Clearly not enough to accept a video file! This video request has gone back and forth at least 3 times already and they keep relying with no help at all.When customers say their customer service is SH!T, they're 100% being honest! This company absolutely sucks balls!

The TV Guide app is GREAT, when it works! But, it only works intermittently. I honest don’t understand my having to delete then reinstall the TV Guide app time and time again only to realize a possible read on TV shows. I’d gladly pay for something that works, but even that is not an option. Sooooo disappointed in this app!

I attempted to update my Garmin nuvi 200 car Sat nav on the Garmin website.I encountered problems and contacted customer support, I found them particularly unhelpful and the service poor.I am probably going to have to purchase another sat nav.It won't be a Garmin !

Ebay claim certain items you cannot send by simple delivery for example Stamps/coins banknotes, this is untrue. They have no idea why when I called them they say it is a software error, They are taking a long time too fix it.So my advice is if simple delivery is forced apon you listing and Royal Mail do not guarantee it and Ebay will not refund you. Take them to the small claims court.They know about it and are doing nothing.Every are useless and hardly guarantee compensation on anything so good luck there.

CS doesn't answer questions, instead prefers to send legal threats and power plays. What's worse; the data, although plentiful, is mostly useless as its too highover and just scraped from openly available data on the web.

My love hate relationship with Logitech.I love their products, mice and software in particular. I have an ongoing issue though with the quality as there is always either a double click issue or a failing spring (won't hold down even when pressed) in the right or left or both click buttons. I try to get my warranty honoured and indeed it was once and I did get a replacement but the work that went into getting it was such that I could probably have earned more from an employer and bought another mouse. I have the same issue again, and I have just bought another Logitech mouse to replace it. I am putting in the warranty claim again but haven't heard anything in nearly 2 weeks. I am not holding out much hope of a replacement. So, as it is now, I average about £8 per month for mice from Logitech if you break it down into a bill, which it is really. Once I find another manufacturer whos mice are as nice to use and with the simple configuration software, Logitech won't sell me any more products.

I purchased the Logi K545 keyboard/mouse combo and they came with the USB receiver missing in both. I called their customer support and they said it was an Amazon problem versus a quality issue on their part. My box was not damaged, was never opened and I told her that. She still said that it was an Amazon problem. Then I looked at other reviews on Amazon and there were many where others had also been left out. Now I see on this site that Logitech has many issues.

I decided to cancel my subscription to Lastpass in light of their multiple security failures. However, even though I cancelled my subscription they still took the money from my card. I eventually managed to find get hold of someone to speak to. The only way to do this is to go through their parent company GoTo.com, as Lastpass do not have any customer service contact details that I could find. The response was initially to argue that they couldn't do anything about it. Eventually, they agreed to refund the payment and said that it would take five working days. Two weeks later still no refund! It's probably easier just to forget about it, I've already wasted enough of my time moving across to Bitwarden and changing all my passwords.

I ordered a computer, got the verification via email then waited. The ship date came and went with no computer. If you check your order verification, everything seems fine. but there is another layer in that verification that shows the order had been cancelled. It has been over a week and I've heard from no one, either via email or phone. I spent most of a day being transferred from one department after another.I ordered a Hewlett Packard. Spoke with a customer service rep in America (yay) and and happily an HP customer from now on.
