I decided to cancel my subscription to Lastpass in light of their multiple security failures. However, even though I cancelled my subscription they still took the money from my card. I eventually managed to find get hold of someone to speak to. The only way to do this is to go through their parent company GoTo.com, as Lastpass do not have any customer service contact details that I could find. The response was initially to argue that they couldn't do anything about it. Eventually, they agreed to refund the payment and said that it would take five working days. Two weeks later still no refund! It's probably easier just to forget about it, I've already wasted enough of my time moving across to Bitwarden and changing all my passwords.
