There has never been a more frustrating…

There has never been a more frustrating product. Upon forgetting my password, I choose to factory reset the device because its the only option I have. I had to take the thing apart nearly breaking it just to find the PSID. Okay fine. Once reset, it asks me for a SID code that can NOT be found anywhere on the device. Not on the inside or outside, even though everywhere online claims that's WHERE it can be found. but god fg forbid you have a schematic or example of where this could be found. By the way while all this is happening, I'm just getting nothing from customer service. Their "pros" are just an ai bot, barely, that can't help you for shit. SO the factory reset isn't enough. There is no SID, it asks for a recent password to put in. oh wow great, what an easy solution. So the dumbasses on this seagate site say you can click cancel and factory reset. weird, already did that. so I go to try that again and it asks again for the PSID. Only this time, its incorrect! Fancy that. The experience just trying to find out a solution to this issue has been aggravating, and absolutely unprofessional. Ive gotten no customer service. No clear instruction on what I can do and seagate has honestly just left an awful taste. Funny thing is I could probably assume this won't help either. I just wanted to warn others before investing in this garbage product. and to get their rating down as much as possible. I won't be continuing to figure this out. I will be destroying this piece of shit device and throwing it in the garbage. if there is any way I can make it public in doing so, I will. Any chance I get I will give you, Seagate Technology, the worst disparaging review I can possibly muster. I wish I never bought this brick.Thanks for nothing. bye

Review of viber

Viber is by far the worst of all…

Viber is by far the worst of all VOIP's. Firstly the sound quality is very poor and you can barely make out conversation which sounds like you're speaking to someone in a tunnel. The video quality is non- existent as there is no quality to the video at all. Skype in comparison is excellent on both call and video quality and well worth the extra money they charge! Give Viber a miss, it's cheap but you get what you pay for!

Temu offers incredibly low prices and a wide range of items. I got what I ordered, but shipping took over two weeks and tracking updates weren’t always accurate. Worth it for deals, if you don’t mind the wait.

Once Great, Now an Absolute Disaster

Squarespace used to be phenomenal when it came to customer support. Now? It’s an absolute train wreck. Their customer service has gone from industry-leading to downright unacceptably bad when you can even reach a real human, that is. The level of neglect, disorganization, and blatant disregard for their customers is staggering.I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere because their support is now a complete mess. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority, and frankly, I refuse to waste my time with a company that no longer values its users. There are better platforms with better service, and I won’t hesitate to switch.It’s a shame, really. Squarespace was once at the top of its game. Now? They’ve driven their own reputation straight into the toilet. Time to get flushed.

They scammed me

They scammed me, I canceled and they did not cancel my subscription. They kept charging me without my consent. Then when I brought it up they refunded 1 month and did not refund the remaining months. They make money off scamming customers. BEWARE if you sign up for a FREE trial, and then cancel within the correct time frame. THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU REGARDLESS.

Cannot Cancel Subscription & Full Refund Not Given

I cancelled my subscription to RW in 2022. They continued to send it. This year I was once again charged without notification. When I called RW again this year, they said they would refund my money. However, I was only refunded $4.17. I called again for a FULL refund and am now told I will receive ANOTHER PARTIAL refund because they have shipped another magazine even after I cancelled. This is very poor customer subscription management. Even if I wanted to subscribe in the future, I would not because there is no way to unsubscribe. Once they get your credit card number, you're apparently stuck with the magazine and regular payments for life.I believe that I should receive a FULL refund for the cost of the subscription that I have repeatedly tried to cancel.

I wish I could give them 0 stars

Wow! I wish I would have googled Fandango's reviews before I tried to purchase tickets for them. I highly recommend NEVER buying tickets with them. I will be deleting my account and never using them again. Simply put, I bought tickets. Needed to return them (which they allow), but when I called (which they require) I was on hold for almost an hour. I hung up, then emailed them. They didn't respond. Finally when I got a hold of them they said I was outside of the allowable window to return. Avoid them at all costs!

Review of bitdefender

Stellar product and customer service

I had to down grade to from a 10 device sub to a 3 device. From beginning to end, Bitdefender gave me first rate service even though I wasn't able to keep the more expensive sub. They treated me with 5 star service all the way. They really care a bout their customers and resolve issues, if you're like me (not tech savvy), they send clear, concise instructions and never talk down to you. I will always use BP.

Really misleading subscription, no refund

Really misleading subscription, I thought I selected a yearly option for roughly $100 which I was happy to pay for personal organisation. I then found out they were charging me this monthly, which is outrageous for one person using it for personal purposes; I asked for a refund so I could repurchase a year, they’ve refused me. I’m never using them again - people these days have no care in the World for a creating trust and building loyal, long term customers it’s all misleading traps and cash grabs with no refund policies. Absolutely furious - I still wanted to use Asana just purchase a year instead of the month with my money refunded or used as credit; and instead they ended up losing a customer who will never use their product again on principle.

Don't use their Macys American Express…

Don't use their Macys American Express card. I made a purchase using the card, paid my bill as always the day it posts. A few days later I made a return leaving me a credit on April 28th. On May 1 I called to get a refund getting a total run around from some very enept, dumb and lying customer service representatives and then referred to an even worse " manager" who promised to send me a refund. Liar. Today is May 8th and the credit is still on the account. Not following credit card act of 2009 at all. Apparently they can keep your credit if no one knows how to cut a check and mail it. Will not be using this card again. Macys had better rethink using American Express but then again customer service is not up to anyones expectations any more.

Most HORRIBLE user experience.

I switched from 1Password to Lastpass because 1Password went woke and started pushing a woke trans agenda going as far as changing their icon to that stupid flag every June. Unfortunately this company has a HORRIBLE user interface. If I could give negative stars instead of 1 star, I would! I keep telling them here and elsewhere to check out the UI of 1Password to see how bad the Lastpass experience is but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Or on their spam... I really wish Lastpass did a better job with their user experience in general. Integration with websites is horrible. It doesn't recognize usernames. On some apps also doesn't recognize as user and therefore it doesn't offer to save a password. I think the best example of how horrible this app is, is to try to change a password on one of the already saved logins. You have to take so many steps to do that simple task. Just plain horrible!

Unfortunately, my recent experience with Klarna has been extremely disappointing and full of contradictions and a lack of transparency. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, never missed a payment, and have always followed their terms. Yet, out of nowhere, my account was restricted with no clear explanation.Every time I contacted support, I received a different excuse: • First, they said I had a late payment — even though it was still well within the due date. • Then, they claimed a returned item hadn’t been confirmed by the seller. I was charged for it, only to later find out the refund was processed and confirmed by Temu. • Another time, they told me once I finished my payments, everything would be fine — I paid everything, and nothing changed. • Finally, they said I returned “too many items,” even though EU law guarantees my right to return, and every store I buy from fully supports this policy.Instead of working to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly given copy-paste responses and no real help. After years of loyalty, I never expected to be treated this way.Klarna has completely lost my trust.If you’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused payment service, my experience with Klarna sadly says the opposite.

Ridiculously Bad Customer Service

Really bad service. I ordered a monitor on Black Friday and still didn’t receive it until new year. My order was delayed for a month and their shipping company is ridiculously slow and the system is so stupid. I wish I just bought it at Best Buy for the same price. Will never buy from dell again
