Great learning environment

Took VBA for Excel lesson and was extremely helpful. Examples, exercises and projects all helped me to properly and practically do programming on Excel. I did not experience billing issues contrary to other reviews.

2FA Active, Still Required to Select Images

The sign in process is one of the most annoying I have ever experienced. Have 2FA on and get a code sent but that doesn't stop being asked to choose bikes, cars or some other crap. Often taking 4+ goes before being given access to account.It is a pity because the service itself once in is great but this really needs to be sorted out.

Had the operation on both eyes at SpaMedica Chelmsford. Brilliant! If you are anxious about havingthe procedure done don't worry all the medical staff areexcellent and the operation takes about 10 mins.

HORRIBLE Shipping Service, Package Not Delivered At All

I ordered two sweatshirts from the UO website that I needed by a certain date, so I purchased Express Shipping that ensured I would have them by the time I needed them. After not receiving my package for an additional week after the expected delivery date, the tracking status said returning to sender. After being on UO online chat, they could not give me any reason as to why my package was being returned to the sender but that it could not be reshipped and I would simply have to purchase my items again. What in the world???!!! This experience was so frustrating and I am so disappointed in the lack of communication from Urban Outfitters. Will not be buying from here anymore!!!!!!

SO BAD

SO BAD. Used to order from them and I made the mistake of ordering a few years later. The service is garbage. Had to wait three weeks instead of 5 to 7 days for my order. I have just received the package this morning : one product is missing (they reimbursed me) and they switched another product for a slightly cheaper one. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL.

Review of reverbnation

ReverbNation - not worth the energy

Been a member of RN for at least 8 years. It serves as another social media exclusively for music. My stats are generally excellent while maintaining my status as a Top 3-5 artist locally & regionally (& sometimes Top 10 nationally & globally). Yet, my good reputation & stats have yielded nothing. I submit regularly to opportunities & was never accepted by anyone offering anything. On several occasions, I paid for the crowd reviews. My songs would get great comments except for 2 or 3 who would give me a 1/10 or some other abysmal review with comments that didn't even apply to the song or were clearly wrong ( poor off-beat piano playing - for a song with no piano, terrible recording quality - for a song recorded in a real studio by a pro with an "A-list" resume). These crowd reviews would never meet ReverbNation's own standards for the next level of attention because of the few destructive comments. I have never been contacted for gigs or received any attention for anything on ReverbNation.

Review of wayfair

Defective product $20 to return

Bought a Rebrilliant bamboo clothes hamper from Wayfair that was defective. The base didn't fit in the L brackets at the bottom and the wire loop didn't fit at the top. Also, the hamper was flimsy and smelled bad. Customer service said it would be $10 to return it or we could keep it & get a $1 refund. It cost $20 to return via FedEx, per Wayfair's instructions & my husband went to 3 FedExs to find one that would accept it. The hamper was $35...such a rip off.Update: The return shipping was $20 and yes, we were charged. So, we got less than half the money back for the hamper, once the shipping was deducted.

Amazing Customer Service Team!

I cannot for the life of me understand all of the negative reviews for the online customer service team. In well over a year of purchasing from VS I can confidently say I have never once had an issue with the team. Every representative is kind, helpful, and thorough. I have had many of them place several orders over the phone and still be patient with me, which is greatly appreciate (it had to do with a promo). Further, they have always been able to resolve my issues, I even had one give me a discount simply for being a good customer when a reward had not yet processed in my acct that I was hoping to use. Throughout years of online purchasing I have never once come across such an amazing platform, and I will continue to use Victoria’s specifically because of how respectful and amazing the team is. Thank you to all :)

Complete disgrace in CA fire coverage

Complete disgrace in covering the California fires, all with nothing but a political bias and stance to fulfill their useless biased agenda. No support, no coverage to show how hard and dedicated our first responders are working and why it has been so challenging to fight these fires. They don't believe in global warming or understand climates and how fires may start, so not much I can expect from this channnel. Nothing more you can expect from this media channel.

I’ve made a decision not to use Expedia…

I’ve made a decision not to use Expedia anymore after using them for several years half the time I have an issue I’ve Had two issues recently, which they failed to resolve. Their customer service is extremely poor and their follow up is horrible if any.

I don’t like when Costco employees throw your groceries

Is the end of the year so they are closed earlier than usual they’re not open on the first but when you’re in there, are they just push you the only thing I didn’t like is when you’re trying to pay for your supplies. they start throwing your things cause I want you out It is not the first time they broke my eggs 🤬 That’s why I get one star for disappointed. We do shop a lot at Costco. We have the executive membership.

Review of uniqlo

What do you expect from company using…

What do you expect from company using Evri for shipping… Orders always take forever to deliver. Last order was attempted 6x to deliver and always cancelled, then stuck. Evri driver probably decided to steal it as no movement on the package anymore. Uniqlo is uncontactable, no phone number and chat never connects to a person. Paid by paypal so hopefully will get refund.
