Benn working in marketing for a decade. I've used several different email marketing platforms. Active Campaign is by far the worst. It's too glitchy to function. Nothing saves automatically. On so many separate instances now, it's shown 'bad gateway' due to the server crashing and all my progress on my campaign is gone. The autosave function doesn't work. Numerous times I've wasted hours because it crashes before I can save. You can only save manually by 'save and exiting' - I don't want to exit every time I save. The undo function also doesn't work. It either does nothing or undoes the last 20 things you did. My client is moving to a new platform soon thank god!

When it comes to finances such as dealing with your business banking there is always an agent available to help with all matters. Shopify is in the banking business with their checking, savings, and balance app. While setting up my Balance account on Shopify may have been easy it was not. Over a month ago as I was creating this a representative said it's ok to use your wire routing number if the regular ACH transfer routing number doesn't work. Well, in speaking 'live' with my bank they have been returning my funds because wire transfers are for person to person and they charge fees for it. It's not really meant for weekly transfers for business. Shopify agents and tech still do not understand how to rectify this issue and it's been over a month now. Nobody will call me, email me, I have to call all the time and do some digging. I don't trust Shopify and I cannot wait until this gets resolved so that I can move on to another platform. I am in the search for their corporate office contact information and escalate this issue as there must be plenty customers like myself. I am a small business and I need to pay for my supplies. Shopify doesn't care about small business. Stay away.

Horrible experience.I had a sealed Sephora gift card with a 40 dollars balance.When I tried to use it , it showed zero balance. Sephora said that the card d was hacked and they would not give a refund or do anything about it even though the card was new and sealed.Horrible customer service and horrible company!I still have the card and seal for verification.

Platform is a bit clunky. Similar content is formatted dissimilarly. Some pages of content don't credit as viewed when they should. I had to watch one video 5 times before I was credited for watching it. Overall edX is a nice tool, but it could use some polishing.

It’s baffling—sometimes even the center cans, which should be protected, are damaged. Whether it’s a handling issue or something happening further up the supply chain, it feels like quality control is falling short.Costco’s prices and return policy are great, but I shouldn’t have to inspect every can to decide which ones are safe to use. I hope Costco and the manufacturer (Carnation?) take steps to resolve this, because loyal customers deserve better.rated Milk

They used to be great and it was all for free. Then they decided to charge money (understandable). But they charge 30 usd a month for tools any other competitor gives you for 8-10 usd. Then they added a 10 usd plan (a joke) which includes almost nothing. If you use the free version, they will sneak in their adds in your qr's and links, making it super annoying. I'm moving to another app

Duplicate products and delivery boys are rowdies. They hire untrained delivery guys. They don't know how to behave with customers. I Believe Amazon is going to be bankrupt in the coming days and other businesses like Jio mart and Flipkart will flourish because of good word of mouth. Also, they are not following the competition act in India. Please read the competition act, which will describe amazon's unethical activities that are drowning other businesses i.e offers , discounts and pricing strategies. Amazon India get out of my country.

The power button perished on my Garmin 1000, out of warranty, of course, offered £195 for a replacement unit or 25% off a 1030. I have had three Garmins, 705, 800 and 1000 all have failed in the warranty period and garmin have charged me. It used to be a reasonable amount but now it very expensive. The support line don't care, claim that they have never heard of a power button failing despite lots mentions online that there is a problem with the button perishing. Appalling service. Ironically Garmins mission statement is "Built to Last" they should amend that to "Built to Last, within the warranty period" and we don't care about our loyal customers
