My system automatically downloaded an update file for Battlefield 2048. It caused my extended hard drive to stop being recognized by neither my computer nor my PS4. Lionel with chat support was completely unhelpful, and they were completely devoid of any sort of empathy, which I assume happens when you work for a multi-billion dollar company that has a rich history of not caring about their customers.

Shame on Amazon. I ordered my grandson a motorized Gordon train from Amazon and when I received it it was a tiny little push train. I went to get a refund for it as it cost about £25 and was asked to pay for the post to return it. I still have nothing more on this. To add salt to wounds I actually got a motorized Gordon training for £15 from another online toy tore.

The first one failed (no wifi connection) and I spent hours trying to contact "support". After about 30 minutes on hold I finally did get through they were a complete waste of time! I binned it and foolishly I bought a replacement one. This lasted just over an year and that too failed by being once again unable to connect to the wi-fi. The signal was strong so it was the Nest that failed again. Contacting the "support" is as stated a waste of time so I binned that one as well and bought a Hive system on the recommendations of my heating engineer. I consider it a disgrace that a company can sell such unreliable equipment and then make it almost impossible in my experience to get it fixed. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!They are why you get a security program. They auto renew but dont tell you thats gonna happen upfront then when you cancel they hound you FOREVER!! I CANCELLED IN JULY AND IM STILL GETTING EMAILS!! I receive about 25 emails a day from them saying last chance,computers infected,we have a deal for you ON AND ON. And when you call to cancel not only does it NOT work but they sign you up Again.Im seriously considering changing my phone & email.

I visited Dr Manrina Rhode at her Brompton Rd clinic in London for teeth whitening and bonding. I didn't have terrible teeth, but they were a little uneven and tiny.I have front upper and lower bonded and contoured and I couldn't be happier, they look amazing, I'm absolutely thrilled.Dr Rhode is extremely professional and knowledgable and ensures that your expectations are reasonable and met, she's patient and sympathetic, she really knows her stuff!

I had a crashed computer and was told that I can recover using microsoft 11 usb connection thumb drive and should use a different machine to download data from my live computer onto win 11 usb crashed computer.They had said it will work on any machine but It didn't. I just wanted the files that would recover the computer with win11 on it. The issue came about when speaking with geek squad, but they were just doing their job and they took the time to answer all of my questions and I had proceeded as instructed. A message displayed said "for this machine only and I interpreted it to mean it will not transfer to my crashed machine. But the attitude of the manager was direct in a way that was rude and unprofessional when I had tried to return it. I spent $152 and is now lost. I had spoken to and was connected to their customer service the previous evening and I had explained my dilemma. They said they would refund it and a confirmation number was provided. When I had arrived at the store, the manager said they were not going to refund the product , it is software and cannot be returned but their customer service said they would refund. The boyish manager in a harsh attitude, refused to listen to me about my contact with their customer service and the confirmation number. This angered me a lot. The smile on his face angered me to epic proportions and then I had left to avoid escalation. The manager has the responsibility to train his employees and he fails at it. Also, getting help means a long wait, The staffing was unorganized with very few workers available to help. Horrible service. Staffing is also the manager's responsibility and again he fails. I will not be returning..I have discussed this issue with friends to spread the word.disgusting. One last thought: As I had mentioned above, I had to wait a long time for help and I had flagged down an employee and he proceeded to help others and he blew me off. I said to him that I was waiting for 40 minutes in which he rudely replied "we weren't open 40 minutes ago and just walked away. This was an approximation as I didn't have a watch on me at the time, The past best buy was so much better. I had bought many items in the past and the manager ruined my trust.Thanks so much for posting this.

However, recent experiences with numerous disservices over the past few weeks have led me to no longer recommend it.They're putting new accounts on quarantine without any notification or explanation!Importing customer lists has become a nightmare!There are better alternatives available, such as Active Campaign and Mailchimp.

ordered a headset from HyperX. Order came through via HP. Confused emails from HP saying they had a delay on shipping and would let me know when it was available. order was cancelled without telling me. NO refund for two weeks. I am being passed between HP and HyperX with both saying they don't owe me a refund. Shocking customer service. Thieves.

Quite easy to use plaform but they are collecting too much personal data about me and they are tracking my activity so intensively in for you feed That it is sometimes scary how much info do they know about me. They do not have an option to Turn off For You feed function and take control over my personal data.Secondly , I miss the feature to Limit screen time spend on Tik Tok.Personally speaking, this service is not as private as they declare. Additionally, their support is highly automated, so I did not receive response from humans only from bots and the responses are many times impersonal very brief and unatural. The company should give users more options to take control over their privacy and to manually regulate content they want or do not want to see. Have a nice day.

DO NOT BUY any LG product. Our refrigirator stopped working 6 months after purchase, lost all of our food and the repair work was under warranty. But LG customer service said my situation doesn't cover reimbursment of our food that we lost under the warranty. THey said my fridge has to be broken for 5 days in order to qualify. They boast about promoting the anime industry, but all I see here is promoting mediocrity and their anime awards (paid with your money, of course). I'd rather use a low quality, scummy bargain bin rental service than paying for Crunchyroll. No, wait. Actually, they are the same thing.Avoid at all cost.
