My ordeal began in October when I purchased a full first-class ticket worth $6,000, expecting nothing short of excellence from a reputed airline like Emirates. However, what followed was a cascade of incompetence, negligence, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction.To start with, upon arrival, I discovered that my Rimowa luggage had been damaged during transit. I reached out to Emirates immediately, hoping for prompt resolution. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a six-month-long saga of frustration and disappointment.Despite countless emails, phone calls, and promises of follow-ups, Emirates has consistently failed to provide any satisfactory response. It's baffling how a company of their stature can be so indifferent to customer concerns. Each time I've reached out, I've been met with empty promises and a complete lack of accountability.What's even more infuriating is their blatant disregard for their commitments. After numerous assurances, I was promised a refund form via email, yet it never materialized. It's as if they have no intention of addressing their mistakes or making amends for the inconvenience caused.As a paying customer who trusted Emirates with my hard-earned money, I feel utterly duped and betrayed. It's appalling that they can take advantage of their customers in such a manner without any repercussions. This experience has not only tarnished my perception of Emirates but also left me questioning the integrity of their entire operation.I urge anyone considering Emirates Airline for their travel needs to think twice. Their dismal customer service and lack of accountability make them unworthy of any trust or patronage. Emirates, you have not only failed me as a customer but also tarnished your reputation beyond repair.

Since they switched their products with the subscription license only, Adobe gradually turned their back to the professional graphic design sector until today, with the appalling statement: "we reserve the rights to use your content". I can only imagine that they don't get kicked out from the market just because there aren't alternatives starting from the same level of quality under the open source field, and from this point, there might be still difficult to the larger studios to get a definitive migration schedule with an official, gentle goodbye to them. Adobe's past was made of cowardice practice like their way to buy the know-how and then literally dismantle their competitors (anyone remember Macromedia Freehand?) but, as always in life, it's just a matter of time and then they might face the same fate.

Got ripped off by project who provided a tracking number after two years which turned out to be fake.But Kickstarter allowed this company to start another project,but when I warned people not to back the new project.You’d think Kickstarter would back me,but hell no they banned me from posting for six days.Kickstarter owners have no morals,and have sold their souls to the devil.They’ll pay a very big price one day.I’ve backed 15 projects,and understand some will fail.But banning the people who put food on your table,and help pay your mortgage is a disgrace,and for that reason I’ll never back another project on Kickstarter!I’ll sue this firm Kickstarter one day.

I really, really like this software. Okay, so the translations are far from perfect, but still so much better than Google's. I never knew of DeepL until a few weeks ago, but I've become addicted. :) I'm using the basic edition at €6 per month, which includes 2 mio. characters. I would have liked it to offer a little more, but even if I have to buy an additional subscription, it's still a fair price, to be honest. Their support has been thorough and helpful. I plan on using this for the next many years to come, also since I expect it to become even better with years. Thank you for a really great service guys. :)

You cannot remove your business from the site, even if it's closed for good. They will just note that it's closed but not remove it from their pages This is unlawful use of private information even when you deny your consent. I have spoken twice with the customer service and there's nothing to be done.This policy violates so many rights on so many levels, it's unacceptable. I'm going to report this to the concerned authorities.

I am writing review about private hire customer service they are the worst customer service and the worst people dealing with the private hire driver licensing they don’t have no feelings about my license was expired and sent them renewal form 7 weeks before expiring date and still waiting for it sitting at home job less now email them so many times never get reply why the TfL don’t get any action against them

Terrible customer service, really hard to get a salesperson in line, agreed with terms and prices, credit card was overcharged WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. When giving a reclamation they are giving the shit of violating their licenses and try to get extra money. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a new tv less than 4 months ago. A line appeared through it. I contacted best buy because I am a total member. Well it's not covered through that warranty I pay for which says all purchases in store are covered for 2 years. Well now I am told to contact Samsung. After 4 days and being told to call multiple numbers and being hung up on continually after dialing 1 800 samsung- they acknowledge it's me then hang up everytime. Finally I get in touch with USSI because Samsung doesn't even handle their own complaints. They tell me someone will contact me about getting a replacement. WRONG. I get a text from a random number that doesn't show affiliation with samsung. Finally after contacting USSI again, they tell me to call samsung bussiness device line.... After talking with them 20 mins they say they will be the ones to transfer me to the right department... Well still on hold we will see. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG it's a good product but the customer service from the company is complete and utter crap!
