I bought a new tv less than 4 months…

I bought a new tv less than 4 months ago. A line appeared through it. I contacted best buy because I am a total member. Well it's not covered through that warranty I pay for which says all purchases in store are covered for 2 years. Well now I am told to contact Samsung. After 4 days and being told to call multiple numbers and being hung up on continually after dialing 1 800 samsung- they acknowledge it's me then hang up everytime. Finally I get in touch with USSI because Samsung doesn't even handle their own complaints. They tell me someone will contact me about getting a replacement. WRONG. I get a text from a random number that doesn't show affiliation with samsung. Finally after contacting USSI again, they tell me to call samsung bussiness device line.... After talking with them 20 mins they say they will be the ones to transfer me to the right department... Well still on hold we will see. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG it's a good product but the customer service from the company is complete and utter crap!
