In the meantime, Sendingblue has changed their name to Brevo but it is still the same company with the same fraudulent behavior. Immediately after registration they impose you a paid plan and after you have made the payment they suspend accounts without giving any reason! They even continue to charge you while your account and your contacts are blocked! Besides that, the platform is unusable for email marketing because you cannot modify/edit the names of the most important mapping parameters (like “VORNAME” / “NACHNAME” like they call them on Sendingblue). The problem is that website contact form plugins use English langue for mapping (e.g. “FIRSTNAME” / “LASTNAME” etc.) and therefore most contact forms will never work together with Sendingblue / Brevo – do not try it, do NOT waist your time with Sendingblue / Brevo!

Bol added incasso costs to my purchase, costs which although minimal I could not automatically pay. After some time they transfered it to an external debt collector which quadrupled the costs. Although Ive used bol quite a lot in the last years, due to this last incident I'm deleting my account and will only use Amazon which is cheaper and better.Order number A0000XTJFL

After we disembarked and got back to the airport following our cruise, my wife realized she left her wallet and wedding rings inside the locked safe in our stateroom. We immediately called RC and were told we would not be allowed back on the ship and needed to fill out a lost and found report online. I'll spare you the details, but within 5 days, and after a brief communication mix-up, I was contacted by the Executive Office of RC and our valuables were on their way back to us. I would like to thank Executive Mr. Geno Bell-Floyd and Royal Caribbean for their professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness and for how this situation was handled.

I’m constantly being logged out of my account and told I can’t be logged in when I try to put in my info. I reset the password Saturday and today I was logged out and password was not working. This is ALL THE TIME. There is no use talking to customer service. They are aware of the issue and pretty much can’t do anything about it besides tell you to keep resetting your password. This is the worst steaming service ever. They take your money on time every month but make it a hassle for you to access your account. SCAM !!!!

And true to form, they haven't disappointed. Theme forest is great, I found what I wanted, the ease of use is fantastic and so is the support. Highly recommend

I had been selling on Mercari for a few years. I did not use any other platforms to sell on. Mercari recently changed their policy. They have made it no selling fees for the Seller, and passed the fees onto the buyer (and it is more of a fee than the seller used to pay ) For this reason, I removed most of my stuff from this site. Who as a buyer wants to pay all those fees on top of the shipping? I really wish they would not have changed to this, it has totally ruined the site! (yet they try and hype it up) Before this change, I stuck on this site because I had established myself on this site, and I had repeat buyers. As I had told their customer service before, the Sellers Insurance if something is damaged is USELESS. They would come back over and over again with the same excuses on why they would not honor it. No matter how many times I tried to prove to them they were wrong! I am glad I did not have to try and make other than a few claims. I was known for my great packaging, and when the few items did get damaged they denied my claim. Before the recent change I was taking detailed pictures of everything so if I had a claim I could prove my packaging ect. They side with the buyer no matter what! I had one buyer I kept telling them it was not my packaging in the picture and they would not even listen. You cannot get customer service by phone. It was always unavailable in Michigan . I do not recommend this site to buy or sell on now. There customer service has always been horrible, and now them pushing these fees unto the buyer , shameful. (it was just a way for them to make more money)
