Although this may have added time to get the job done it ensured our confidence in the end result. The work was done efficiently & for less than we spent on a similar issue a few months earlier.

I asked Gemini to assist with a simple school task and was told it would take 48 hours — which defeats the purpose of using AI for support. It couldn't provide a progress update or even a clear answer. The interaction felt vague, overly cautious, and left me with no confidence in the tool. Disappointing and not practical for anyone needing timely academic help.

My experience in Facebook is both good and bad. The good part is linked with the app itself, very well built and extremely useful to reconnect with people. The awful part is linked with policies and customers support. I'm a 21st century guy who moves often for work and travel very often, both for business and pleasure. Despite FB being created less than 20 years ago, it seems their bigot policy and support staff can't accept people moving country during their lives. We do change address and phone number often, but keep our Gmail.Obviously Zack is a lighthouse in the sea of mediocrity of his staff. I wonder if they pay enough the support people in order to recruit someone with brain. Obviously everyone who deals with FB customer service knows the answer...So 5 stars to the app and sub zero to customers support Ps. Guess what, my account is suspended because I changed too many times my phone number and residence. They really sucks

Ordered a pair of orthopaedic slip on shoes from a company apparently called Bennet &Mason advertising as a British company based in London. The time taken to deliver was long and drawn out and transpired had travelled from India.The shoes were of very poor quality and in inferior packaging and above all were the wrong size. I ordered UK9 and received UK11. I have emailed them several times requesting a refund but feel I am fighting a losing battle in that respect. Will try Trading Standards and/or PayPalAvoid Shopify and Bennet and Mason they’ll rip you off

Re complaint 10509666253Holiday Inn, 8 International Rd., Pembroke, Ontario.We arrived around 4 pm Sunday afternoon and registered at the desk. We were told the room was not ready and that the cleaning staff were working on it. I asked when the the check in time was. We were told 3 pm. We were told dismissively to sit down. I asked to speak to the manager. We were told he was unavailable until Monday. I asked to speak to someone in responsibility as the young woman I was talking to was curt and being defiantly obstructive. She declared there was no one in responsibility. She again told us to sit down. I asked for access to phone so that I might call Holiday Inn 1800 to speak to someone in responsibility’s and that was denied. I asked for a card with the managers name on it and a contact number for corporate complaints. She gruffly extended her arm in the direction of a card holder on the counter and exclaimed ‘there’. The card had his name but no 1800 number. With that she sang “have a nice day” as she turned her back. At 4:40 pm we were given cards to room 410. In the room on the Holiday Inn scratch pad was a 1800 number. I called and after being on hold 20 minutes eventually spoke to a young woman who said she documented the above story. I reiterated that it was the delay I objected to, but the dismissive rudeness. She related, after a pause, that she called the inn and that a message would be given to the manager who would contact us first thing in the morning. No incidents number was given to me. As we left at a bit before 10am I asked at the desk if I could speak to the manager. The young woman at the desk feigned to not know if he was in and got and walked into a nearby room, exited a few moments later and declared he was preparing for a conference call. The door slammed shut behind her. She offered no other time for us to talk. At 2 pm I called the 1800 number and opted for a call back when it suited Holiday Inn. A call back occurred at 2:30 but I was immediately placed on hold for another 15 minutes, and I gave up. At 4pm I called again and eventually spoke to a young woman named Edwin. She said there was no record of my previous contact and I repeated the whole story again. She insisted that as I was still in the hotel the manager was obligated to deal with this. She assured me she would call the hotel and he would contact me. I informed her I was leaving in the morning. She said it was 3 pm and there was time. At that point it was actually 5 pm. I never received any call from the manager.

I have been on deviantART for over 11 years. It used to be a great place to put works and express myself. The downfall of the site though sadly was long before the crappy Eclipse version was forced on us. The algorithm changed drastically to favor those who did things that I don't know if they could even be considered art. People stopped talking to each other, people stopped supporting each other, and the site owners seemed to have not cared. They will only seem to respond to people through their Twitter and keep making silly excuses as to why they have forced the new platform on us. They claim not enough people can handle two forms of the site when it can be fixed simply by hiring more people or running the version the community that remains prefers, which the higher vote still seems to be for the old platform that is easier to use. If they wanted a dark mode they could have implemented it into the old site not force it on a new one that takes longer to do anything, glitches out, is clunky, and just downright terrible.I wanted to try and use this site again but now that it has gotten worse and has a platform impossible to use forced on it's users I will be on less and less until I can finally sadly let it go. I will not deactivate my account so that maybe someday when this site is fixed, if it gets fixed, I can look back at my past progress and see how far I've come.

I have missed 3 meeting and have had 1 vacation cut short by 2 days. I am currently looking to change my loyalty to another airline. 1 star

Recently, I returned a poorly designed item to Temu via Canada Post for refund. The payment was via Paypal and surely the refund should be credited into the Paypal account. But, Temu put the refund as a credit balance in my Temu account to lure me to buy other products. This is an unscrupulous way of doing business! Very disappointed with Temu. I will no more patronize Temu.
