I am a platinum delta member and used to be a Delta snob and refused to fly any other airline. In the past year, I have flown 9 times and have had my flight changed by delta 6 of those times. I have missed 3 meeting and have had 1 vacation cut short by 2 days. I am currently looking to change my loyalty to another airline. 1 star
