My experience in Facebook is both good and bad. The good part is linked with the app itself, very well built and extremely useful to reconnect with people. The awful part is linked with policies and customers support. I'm a 21st century guy who moves often for work and travel very often, both for business and pleasure. Despite FB being created less than 20 years ago, it seems their bigot policy and support staff can't accept people moving country during their lives. We do change address and phone number often, but keep our Gmail.Obviously Zack is a lighthouse in the sea of mediocrity of his staff. I wonder if they pay enough the support people in order to recruit someone with brain. Obviously everyone who deals with FB customer service knows the answer...So 5 stars to the app and sub zero to customers support Ps. Guess what, my account is suspended because I changed too many times my phone number and residence. They really sucks
