incredibly slow shipping....ordered a slip for a friend and they sent the wrong color...would take another 10 days to get the replacement. are you kidding me? that's making a customer satisfied? took 9 days to get the wrong item. 3 weeks...their customer service is obviously overseas and are like a box of rocks....returned the order and cancelled my credit card! Fool me twice; shame on me!

On 11/10/2, I purchased a Bape T-Shirt that was described to be in “good condition” with no holes stains etc. The shirt that I received was clearly anything but. The tag inside the shirt had been cut off, which was never mentioned in the listing. But even worse than this, the shirt had been put in the dryer and shrunk SEVERAL sizes. The washing instructions clearly show this to be a line dry only shirt, yet this XXL now fits like a medium at best. I can’t even put it on. Seeing this, I filed for a return on Mercari. Within the hour, the return was denied. It was so fast there is no chance someone even looked at it. When I tried to protest this, I was told by an associate that there was no way to reverse it once it was denied. Seriously?? I begged and pleaded with the associate providing pictures and all evidence that clearly shows it’s not as described but to no avail. This left me no choice but to file a chargeback on my credit card. About a week after doing this, I get a message from Mercari saying my account has been limited. They deleted my active listings and now my money in the account is being held hostage because I can’t withdraw it. I started a new chat session asking about what’s going on, and the person told me that my account is being permanently deleted. What?!?! I’m getting punished for getting scammed on Mercari?? The person told me that the only way to appeal this decision is to cancel the chargeback. I’ve tried to show the associate what’s going on but I’m now being ignored by customer service. After this I will never, EVER be using Mercari again, and I suggest you do the same.

My account was blocked for an entire month due to a content issue, and despite sending over 100 emails, I never received a single response from them.I reached out via live chat support, but they refused to help, saying they couldn’t interfere with compliance issues. I kept waiting, sending follow-ups, but no one responded.Then, on 22nd March, without any notice, Mailchimp deducted a payment from my account! I immediately protested via live support, but they had no proper justification. This is fraud! They block accounts, ignore emails, and still take your money!I strongly warn everyone to avoid Mailchimp. If I never have to deal with Lowe’s again in my lifetime it will be too soon. It took three months to get a door in that we had ordered. Now it’s not scheduled to be installed for another 5 weeks. They don’t give a damn about their customers. It’s all about money money money to them. It’ll be a cold day in hell before I ever purchase anything again that needs to be installed.

Delta Airlines is horrific and should be reviewed for ethical standing with BBB. They kept us on tarmac with no valid reason except for minor issues for 4hrs. Advised over and over just waiting for approval to take off, as all surrounding flights took off without a hitch. Then said they had to do a manual countdown due to electronical countdown not working. Then Advised we would be returning back to gate where we would be updated with flight status. When we arrived the gate staff was RUDE, NASTY, UNINFORMATIVE, INCONSIDERATE. Yelling at customers. I have incurred additional costs due to Delta (for parking, hotel and cab). Did not advise on vouchers applicable to delayed flight and refused assistance. Left us pretty much stranded. Referenced me to check my emails. However, my phone died while waiting idle due to no charging ports on the aircraft. Finally said flight canceled due to weather. However, there were no weather issues until 11pm. Our take off was scheduled 7:59pm. After all of this... then entered the flight as NONREFUNDABLE. I usually travel jet blue and do not have this issue. However, speaking with some other customers this a regular occurrence with Delta.

Our experience with Delta Air Lines on our flight from Maui to Los Angeles on July 31 was appalling. Despite having a 5-year-old and a 10-year-old, we were seated separately from our children. When we raised our concerns, we were dismissively told that seating arrangements were not Delta’s responsibility.Before our trip, we were assured by our travel agent that at least one adult would be seated with one child. Had we known there was a risk of being seated apart, we would have made different arrangements. This situation is completely unacceptable and caused us a great deal of distress.Our travel agent explained that Delta should never seat young children alone and that it is the airline’s responsibility to ensure families are seated together if pre-booking wasn’t done. Delta staff at check-in, the gate, or on the flight should have resolved this issue, but they failed to do so.This experience has left us extremely disappointed with Delta Airlines, and we hope no other family has to go through what we did.

Chat support says they cannot assist with email requests.2/8/2020 UPDATEAfter nearly four weeks of hounding the chat messaging staff, I finally received a return label. I have yet to have the money returned to my account though.

Have recently closed my eBay account after 14 years, the past 5+ as a seller. No issues until an item I sold, buyer requested a return as 'not as described' The item was clearly described as green as evidenced by photos and clear description. The buyer said it was described as pink! On contacting ebay they sided with the 'buyer'. I let this go even though I was furious until it happened again. This time item described clearly as navy blue and buyer wanted to return as it was not purple. Either some buyers are colour blind or dishonest in their dealings. Cost me double postage to not sell. Stating returns not accepted means nothing. That was the last straw, will neither buy or sell with them again. Charity shop benefitted from quality unworn items and Bye bye eBay.

On 3 separate occasions I have made an order on Bed Bath & Beyond and had my order randomly cancelled, completely wasting the time I spent shopping and then having to go look + order elsewhere. This is a dying company overrun with resellers who list items as in stock that they don't actually have in stock. I won't order from here again

I set up a zoom meeting with my aunt, we both live in California, we spoke for 3 hours about funeral arrangements for a family member. My aunt logged into the meeting on her phone, the phone number generated by the zoom meeting was a french number, she was charged by her carrier international fees, over $500, her carrier kindly offered her a back dated international plan, now she owes $200 for a zoom call which was basically a facetime & was not an international call. No one answers the customer service line, it prompts you to enter meeting number, then tells you time allotted is over & hangs up, you can not push 0 for a person, its not an option. The email support is no better, i have messaged for 10 days, with no response besides a automatic response with useless links to FAQ's. There is no number to call for billing or any specific issue, Its all general & no one answers or responds at all. During this time of Covid Zoom stocks are soaring, why cant they afford to hire customer service? They claim in the automatic message Covid is the reason they are ignoring my requests for an explanation as to why my meeting was routed through France when the meeting participants live in California, USA. I will never use zoom again & I will continue to tell others this tale & I will keep emailing until someone at zoom responds.

This is the worst company ever, they have arrogant customer service agents who just cut you of when on chat, they don't help with your problem and ignore you.If you order something and the parcel gets lost by the delivery company as far as they're concerned it's not their problem.If you want to spend weeks trying to sort a problem out by all means order something from them. I guarantee you will be placing a negative review on here.

My husband and I ordered items on Amazon prime Spain which we were informed would be delivered on Monday 22nd of November and Monday we received an email that there was an attempt at delivery which was untrue as our mobile number is provided as method of contact and we were also home all day. Proceeding this yesterday we received an email from Amazon apologising for the delay and it would now arrive today Wednesday 24th of November and no sign of any package. I have also contacted the courier company yesterday asking as to why they are having an issue with the delivery to no avail as have received no response. Furthermore my husband has now contacted their customer service who initially informed him it will definitely arrive today and then informed him that packages can take up to 7 days for delivery. So don't take out Amazon prime Spain as they can't guarantee delivery in time estimated.

Had a delivery and instead of ringing my bell or even phoning me to say he was out side threw my package over my gate which is very high , therefore my item inside was completely broken and leaking . This is not the first time this has happened, the first time was the driver threw my double airfryer over the gate it was lucky that it was well packed , I have proof on my security camera .Absolutely disgusting practice.
