They started well but suck big time these days

I was with Spotify for a few years but had to cancel, I’ve several devices that used my account one of which hadn’t connected for a while. Despite changing the password successfully after thirty minutes of trying and acknowledging the email confirmation that the password had been changed and ignore the email if it was me, a short while later I got another email (apparently automated) suggesting that suspicious activity was identified and I was kicked off my account and only given the option to change my password again. Enough to say this then lead to a few issues once again with some devices not connecting again and telling me my new forced password wasn’t correct. The only advice from support was that they were trying to ensure my account security but I should stop using my vpn. They couldn’t give me any reassurance that I wouldn’t get another email about suspicious activity and be kicked out of my devices once again. The service has been getting worse in general for a while and just is not worth the expense or my time anymore.Avoid like the plague.
