Recently bought an item which was a heavy book. Not even packed properly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged almost open and the item got damaged. I waited for it for 3-4 months, they don’t offer replacement because they said it was being sold by a third party. They are insisting for a refund while here I am waited for a long time because i can no longer find the book anywhere considering I PRE-ORDERED it to them. So frustrating.This is the second time I got damaged item, the customer service experience was so poor that you need to explain over and over again for them to understand. I don’t know if they just want you to be frustrated and just give up. This time it’s worse, before I even read the response of the agent, he already disconnected. This is so rude.
