Absolutely the worst support I have…

Absolutely the worst support I have ever encountered hands down. My head was spinning after 4 days trying to get support to through multiple emails to do something, actually anything. We even purchased the enterprise edition with licenses and still cannot get a live person to provide support. . You have a problem, they do not care and spend more time wasting time then would actually take to resolve an issue. No exaggeration, I only needed 2FA disabled to use password only after which took multiple hours of research and many links they send and respond through email they still did not do it even after my last of 4 days I received yet another email staing they would. The host your account, you cannot disable it yourself if it is required to log in. (You cannot login and thats what they tell you to do!). 50 emails in 5 days is ridiculous I finally deleted my account, removed all registry entries reloaded the app and rebuilt my account. They don't care at all.
