Doesn't Pay

Filled out a very long and comprehensive review for G2 as they said I would be paid for it. It went into a "Review" and they denied the payment because "I wasn't one of the first to review". It did not say I "may" be paid, it said I would be. Don't trust this site, misleading at best.

Non existent customer service and terrible quality products

I’ll never buy a Philips product again. Bought a handheld garment steamer 10 months ago. It never worked well, but steam comes out of it so despite me showing them a video of it failing to get any creases out of material they said it “wasn’t faulty”. Online person was rude enough to ask why I hadn’t complained earlier (as if it’s unfathomable that people might have competing priorities, like being unwell). Then they refused to disclose their name or their manager’s name because I guess accountability isn’t their jam. I guess I wouldn’t want to be held accountable either if I was that bad at my job.

I called them to ask something about a game

I called them to ask something about a game and for a phone call of 9 minutes to their customer service I got charged €20,25!!!! Aren´t their games not expensive enough to steal from their customers when they call to ask something about their store?? Really shocking

Warning! THIEVES!Do not buy from them, only problems and taxesI ordered an order some time ago. Impossible to order with a French card, I manage to register their IBAN by following the instructions on their email, to be able to make a transfer, all this while being taxed of course!I made the transfer, they sent it back to me. And a few days later I received a message telling me that I still hadn't paid, that I was being taxed more and that there might be legal consequences.Now, after the taxes are up to the price of the order, it is suddenly possible to pay with any card, how funny!!!All these inconveniences in Dutch of course they do not bother to write in English !!!!

AVG - Completely satisfied my needs.

I bought AVG protection for my desktop and mobile phone. It offers good protection and a good price. It is easy to download, install and set up. I had a query and customer services were easy to contact and very helpful, so all in all, I am completely satisfied.

DON'T START FREE TRIAL! Coursera's Billing Practices Feel Like a Deliberate Scam

I signed up to explore Coursera's courses and understand the costs after the free trial, but instead of giving me a 7-day trial as advertised, they immediately charged €49.77—before any course was even selected.What followed felt like a deliberately engineered scam:The invoice gives no details—just “subscription plan,” with no course name.No option to cancel anything from the account since nothing shows in Purchases.No way to remove or update the payment method to stop future unauthorized charges.There’s no real customer service:No phone number available.The support email is non-functional or bounces you between automated replies.If you do get a reply, it’s to redirect you to a dead-end support bot that gives irrelevant answers.It honestly feels like Coursera has set up its system to make it impossible to resolve billing issues or reclaim your money. This is not just poor service—it's a well-designed trap.I strongly advise others to be cautious before entering payment details or trusting their “free trial” claims.

BINANCE SERVICE HAS BECAME VERY BAD - LOCKING YOUR FUNDS - MAKE YOU PAY FUNDS UNFAIRLY

BE CAREFUL. ZERO or MINUS STARS would not be enough. Binance froze my account for 3 months so far with all my hard earned earned money on it more than 6.000 USD. It has already made me paid 215 USDT which I have acquired legally from my peer. I had no problem with my peer. That is total theft. They answer me with some copy pasted replies all the time. I heard some binance users face the same problem as I do. Everything seems suspicious and Case ID #131025328.GIVE BACK ALL MY MONEY - THIEF.
