I like that I have received what appears to be a Zoom L8 in excellent condition at a good price. What I don't like is....Seven days to deliver, which is not bad but after confirmation of my payment I did not receive any shipping details or tracking until I called. I did not get an email response. The unit arrived safely but did not include the USB or phone cables or instructions or box. Dead batteries were left in the unit. None of it's a deal breaker, but minor disappointments.Just an update here to give a five star thumbs up to the sales man from the Rockford store that quickly updated the shipping details for me. The unit came from another store much farther away accounting for the slowness in shipping but also that store is responsible the lack of detail. After learning to use it for a day I will confirm that it is in excellent condition and works well but perhaps should been advertised being sold as an as is unit only not including anything that came with it originally.

Chess.com took my cc info from my Apple ID and tried to charge me $100+. Of course there’s fine print but these guys are one of them sneaky sites that will take your info and abuse it. I never gave them my info directly even in my profile. It was taken & stolen from a whole other place on my phone.

If I could give minus stars, I would. Do people realise that when you buy things from Amazon, your money goes straight to Luxembourg?? That's exactly what it looks like..TAX EVASION.Just because you get next day delivery, doesn't mean it's not shoddy rubbish from China. Every time you buy from Amazon, you're silently saying "I'm O.K. with slave labour, child labour, overworking staff in distribution centres to the point of collapse, zero hours contracts, no worker's rights, undermining local businesses that DO pay tax and invest in local people and YOUR community, forcing delivery drivers to drive dangerously to meet targets, normalising the aforementioned practices and generally tossing the next generation of workers to the vultures like the carrion they are.People deserve better. Also, they posted my credit card details publicly online. Amazon knowingly targets people with impulsive spending problems and generally sells you overpriced rubbish that you don't even want or need.

Someone in California used my account and charged $183 to my ps account. I didn’t figure this out until about a month after it happened. B of A refunded my money and I thought all was good. I don’t play on line a lot so tonight I go to log in and I can’t. I call PlayStation and they say there is nothing they can do because I didn’t report the fraudulent charges to PlayStation within 14 days. I dont know ab anyone else but I dont check my back account every 14 days much less get on line. So now they say I have to pay the charges to be able to restore my account. If PlayStation did a investigation and found the same thing my bank did that the charges were fraudulent why is the 14 day requirement even relevant. Bottom line is the charges were fraudulent. I will be switching to Xbox now. It pains me to have to say that.

The bad customer service experience...I have been 2 days called so someone can help me, but no one cares. No one helps... I ordered s24 ultra, and it should have been delivered yesterday (01/29), but it didn't delivered because NO ONE AT HOME When Ups showed up and the driver couldn't leave the package because the signature required its ok. I called Ups to see if I could go to the UPS facility, and I picked up my phone.they said no because the sender ( Samsung)was not allowed to pick it up from any the store. Only delivery to home his bad idea from Samsung the customer can't change the pick up.I working and my wife working .I told ups and Samsung customer service this mean I have take all day off and stay at home until the driver fell free to delivery my package. Do you think is making any sense. I always got email from Ups showed delivery time from 4:15pm to 8:15 pm he always come early.I called Samsung customer service no anyone understands, and they can help me.I called today 3 times (1/30):1st one hung up the phone after 10 minutes of taking.2nd one I asked for supervisor she put me in hold for 40 minutes after that I transferred to Technicians support.3rd one, I will send you an email after 2 or 3 hours. The supervisor will call you. I got tired and ups show in email Delivery time between 4pm to 8pm and he always come so early before this time. I have been 14 years with samsung. I ordered everything from Samsung I been a lottery for Samsung, but after today, it has very bad customer service. I know they do not care, and there is no one going to answer about the comment. I guess this time to change to apple (i phone).I heard they have the best customer service. Thank you, Samsung, for everything bad happened...

Recently, I have noticed a number of grammatical errors, in addition to a very recent editing mistake in which a partially amended sentence was left at just that...and consequently was nonsensical. Because so much of today's news is littered with poor grammar and too many colloquialisms, I rely on you to be better.
