The bad customer service experience...

The bad customer service experience...I have been 2 days called so someone can help me, but no one cares. No one helps... I ordered s24 ultra, and it should have been delivered yesterday (01/29), but it didn't delivered because NO ONE AT HOME When Ups showed up and the driver couldn't leave the package because the signature required its ok. I called Ups to see if I could go to the UPS facility, and I picked up my phone.they said no because the sender ( Samsung)was not allowed to pick it up from any the store. Only delivery to home his bad idea from Samsung the customer can't change the pick up.I working and my wife working .I told ups and Samsung customer service this mean I have take all day off and stay at home until the driver fell free to delivery my package. Do you think is making any sense. I always got email from Ups showed delivery time from 4:15pm to 8:15 pm he always come early.I called Samsung customer service no anyone understands, and they can help me.I called today 3 times (1/30):1st one hung up the phone after 10 minutes of taking.2nd one I asked for supervisor she put me in hold for 40 minutes after that I transferred to Technicians support.3rd one, I will send you an email after 2 or 3 hours. The supervisor will call you. I got tired and ups show in email Delivery time between 4pm to 8pm and he always come so early before this time. I have been 14 years with samsung. I ordered everything from Samsung I been a lottery for Samsung, but after today, it has very bad customer service. I know they do not care, and there is no one going to answer about the comment. I guess this time to change to apple (i phone).I heard they have the best customer service. Thank you, Samsung, for everything bad happened...
