The customer wrapped that I had to deal with was amazing. Had many questions about the back end of my website. And after the phone call, I feel relieved. I was going to get the results I was looking for, and a very expedited manner. She exceeded all my expectations.

Very unprogressive, dated site. Raised my boyfriend's spirits to an all time high when he reached his highest rating, then caused him to suffer from alcohol induced hallucinations where he'd lose many games promptly after. Chess.com could improve its progressiveness by bringing awareness to such common symptoms. Shame on you Chess.com, thought you'd be two steps ahead like Nicocado Avocado >:(

Review of booking
On June 6th, I had a confirmed itinerary booked through Booking.com: flying from Dubai to Algiers with a transit in Istanbul. I was traveling to spend Eid with my family in Algeria. However, upon arrival in Istanbul, I was abruptly informed—without prior notice or explanation—that my connecting flight with AJET had been cancelled. There was no support, no notification, and no real alternative—just a vague suggestion to wait three more days for the next available flight. I wasn’t even allowed to leave the airport because I didn’t have a Turkish visa.Left stranded, I had no choice but to purchase a last-minute ticket with a different airline just to make it home in time for Eid.I submitted a complaint to Booking.com the same day, but since then, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop. Every response simply states that my case has been “escalated” and they are still “waiting for the airline’s response.” Weeks have passed with no meaningful update or resolution. This experience not only disrupted an important personal holiday but also showed a complete lack of accountability from both Booking.com and AJET. I expected more reliability and support from such well-known platforms.

I am located in Italy, and the Japanese bookstore I used to buy from stopped shipping overseas, while Japan Post raised their shipping rates, so I decided to use Amazon Japan though I'm not a fan of Amazon in general (I think we should support small businesses). The shipping was very fast (It took only 3 days from Japan to Italy), but I was shocked to find that the 3 books I bought had been shipped without much protection, so they could have been easily damaged. Usually everything I buy from Japan is super protected with cardboard and bubble-wrap... but not Amazon Japan!I was lucky that that the packet was well handled by the courier, but it was really a matter of luck. So keep it in mind if you buy delicate items...

The amount indicated on the site/platform does not correspond to the amount actually paid. They secretly add all kinds of taxes which were absent during the necessarily attractive call price. And when it's time to pay, the price increases without us realizing it and we pay twice as much. Huge scam!!

I’m shocked at how broken their in app support is. They want you to manually enter order receipt numbers already associated with your account, the manual entry gets blocked in chat for privacy concerns, and you can’t send screenshots either. It is the worst integration of customer information in an app that I have ever seen. They also apparently can’t authorize a refund for a spoiled food product in the app. Purchased protein bars and realized they had been expired for 8 MONTHS. No refund in app. Disgusting.

Review of samsung
I've faced two deeply troubling experiences with Samsung's service, concerning my LED TV and front-loading washing machine. The service interactions have not only been disappointing but alarmingly indifferent and seemingly unethical.Regarding my LED TV, an issue with the settings preventing channel changes was quickly attributed to a major hardware failure by the service center in Chennai, India. Despite the lack of a basic diagnostic, a complete hardware replacement was recommended, which a simple non-Samsung remote purchase later proved unnecessary. This misleading guidance felt like a deliberate attempt to deceive. The washing machine problem was equally frustrating. The service center acknowledged the need to replace a faulty outlet pump but provided a used and damaged part instead. The technician's indifferent response, suggesting such practice was standard at Samsung, was shocking and unacceptable. These incidents, which I've recently shared with a friend after moving to Chennai, have revealed a distressing pattern of disregard and exploitation, prompting his recommendation to report these experiences on Trust Pilot. My trust in Samsung has been irreparably damaged by these encounters. The lack of empathy, respect, and basic customer service ethics displayed by the service dealers is appalling. The question arises: Is this the standard way Samsung treats its customers? The harsh and mercenary approach, especially over minor cost issues, is inconceivable for a brand of Samsung's stature.Consequently, I've resolved to discontinue purchasing Samsung products and will advise my family and friends to steer clear of them as well. It's a matter of principle and consumer rights. Companies should not just be held to standards of quality in products but also in integrity and humaneness in their customer service.I earnestly hope this feedback prompts a much-needed change in Samsung's customer service approach and treatment of its customers.

Review of braintreepayments
We are a Netsuite customer that was urged to switch to Braintree for credit card processing. (PayPal owns Braintree). It turns out that Braintree is not supported by Netsuite and when my credit card processing quit working NOBODY would help me. This is the sort of problem that will put a customer out of business and the response was absolutely disgraceful. Essentially they did nothing and tried to claim it was not their program causing the problem. I ended up having to PAY Netsuite for advanced support to get to the root of the problem, which ended up being Braintree all along. If they had given me an ounce of support I could have avoided many thousands of dollars in lost sales. BEWARE of Braintree. I would NOT ever use them if you can help it.

We have had problems with the second heatlink on Google Nest learning thermostat (after the first was replaced under warranty by the supplier). I tried to contact Google but was put through to the USA who transferred me back to UK so after 2 or 3 minutes I gave up. Clearly unhappy I just want to disconnect it and find an alternative that lasts more than 2 years. The first was bought in January 2022, so after less than 3 years we have had 2 failures. As a retired computer engineer with a background in electrical engineering and electronics I think I do know a little about how to set things up, and as this is the second time around I do not intend to give it a third!
