ok i freaked out after reading the reviews, and after ordering the shoes (EU site, delivery to Portugal), they were totally silent about shipping... however, they suddenly showed up 9 days after ordering them, and they even responded to my email worrying about the order... after i already received the shoes, lol. good luck folks.

Almost ZERO Customer Service

LATER UPDATE: It took almost 2 months for Quickbooks support to resolve this. Apparently files uploaded had the date stripped and the system took it as 1970, for which QB has no exchange rate, obviously. I still think the support service is inadequate. I have QB access to our accounts for more than a month and I was still getting messages that someone is looking into it, when in fact, no one was doing anything. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because we received a reply.We have been using Quickbooks services for years now and mostly managed to find our way through, although we are not experienced accountants.However, something that is very dissapointing is that there is ZERO Customer service. It takes many steps to actually get to support, then you found out it's only available 8 hours a day, different time zone. When you find time in your schedule to open a ticket, you wait 3-4 hour, you keep getting messages that someone will join, and no one does. After a few hours you get logged out and need to start over.The problem now is that currency exchange stopped working in Quickbooks. Although we are using Multicurrency accounts for a few years without problems, now the exchange rate is just not updating for foreign currency bank transactions, and so we can't add them. I am willing to change this rating if anyone is willing to help.

Renting at Ottonow: the worst experience I had so far. in my opinion; staff is super incompetent. Good at writing American style superficial emails that say absolutely nothing, but do not provide any solutions or support. After a really upsetting exchange for a delivery, the staff got so confused they sent the same article numerous times. It remains yet to be seen how many times they will charge me gor it. The item was not cheap (450€), and I am very disappointed by the service level. Noll

One start is way too much for otto.NL, totally different from the Germany stories..I ordered a closet and paid 500 euros and waited 4 weeks to arrive.. the arrived with damaged photos and can not deliver.. called the customer service and promised to replace the closest and waited another 3 weeks just arrived with same photos to tell me its damaged I have never seen such bad services in my whole life.. Please be careful and do not buy anything from this OTTO.NL

This rag is trying to get the country to fear a new virus which I think is shameful when the "virus" isn't even in the uk so I think they should stop trying to scaremongering people and just write about things that matter in this country instead of a made up virus. Oh on the other hand if it does come here then hopefully the daliy mirror folk will get it first. Fingers crossed.

Ridiculously difficult to get a refund

I'm so busy, and have spent nearly an hour across two phone calls just trying to get a refund. I thought I read it was given was a given if you cancel within the days I tried to cancel it.After waiting and talking for ages, I was offered 50% off. As I pushed for a full refund the phone suddenly cut off. They haven't called back and I don't have 15 minutes to go through that whole process of trying to speak to the right person all over again.For a big company like Macafee I am surprised. If you now refund me and notify me over email, without me having to contact you again, I will delete this post.Danielle Kempson.

Refused to refund for their mistake

Submitted a cancellation of my subscription early this month. I guess it didn’t go through because I was charged. Contacted them to resolve and they refused the refund. Transaction hasn’t even settled in my account and they refused to work with me over a mistake their site made.

Very nicely integrated with Mac

Very nicely integrated with Mac. Super fast loading and run times. I changed my plan from subscription to purchase after the first year as I could not see the benefits of paying more yearly than the cost of Windows to run parallels. Other than that highly recommend this software.

Do not buy an electrical LG ranges

Do not buy an electrical LG ranges. After few years of use its goes wierd ...doesn't keep a requested temperature ...I changed a temp. probe and ordered a motherbord finally. It coasts around 260$ ...pretty much 45% of the original price. I have never got a problem with ranges... they are usually for the life time. Think. Gene.
