Due to Guitar Centers lack of changing any policies or guidelines about how used guitars brought in to the store and pictured I was sold a counterfeit Washburn Dime guitar. These guitars sell quick so I purchased it with no pictures but called to get some. Never received the pictures because it was packed up. Granted I purchased one day shipping and before their usual cut off time but the guitar didn’t ship out same day. When I received the guitar it was obvious it was a counterfeit. Luckily I sent it back and got a refund but unfortunately I lost out on the 10% on used guitars sale over $499 that was happening online. Unfortunately I feel like no effort was made to really restore faith after this purchase. No offer of a discount code to make up for what I lost due to their error. Nothing. Even when they have been informed of more counterfeits they remain up for sale on their site. Even after contacting the customer service they refuse to respond.

Dude, I'm just trying to remove my games via origin few minutes ago. That was the worst mistake of my life... EA shoved down people's throat an even worse launcher than Origin. Even worse that it doesn't even fricking work. EA charged hundreds of dollars for a so-so games, forces people to use their proprietary launcher, yet they can't even properly develop the launcher, actually preventing people from playing games that they paid with their hard earned money.F EA, hope one day they would just go bankrupt so they can actually get off their high horse.

Disgusted with Lego Web Store, as Lego set 40573 Christmas Tree set arrived with an entire bag of pieces missing (brown studs, candles etc).I saw in the reviews for this set, that someone else had the same issue, but I couldn't leave my own review as there was an error message every time (using different devices and browsers), so I guess Lego don't like too many low star reviews on their site, so prevent them being left.Anyway, after chatting with customer services, they agreed to send a replacement bag.Shortly after the order confirmation, I received a follow-up email, saying that my order had been cancelled due to some apparent historic order anomalies. So now left with an incomplete £40 Xmas Tree, for which they will not send replacement parts.As they have not fulfilled our contract and sent exactly what I ordered, I will be contacting my card provider as although the item was a little under £40 the entire order was over £120.Worst thing is I spent in excess £600 over about 4 orders in a few days, when I got this a the start on Nov 23.Even after appealing their decision to ban me from complimentary missing parts, they should at least have to supply the exact item purchased, should they not?

Today Friday I went to Wickes in Cardiff ( just off Newport Road ) I have not been to this store before so not sure where everything was located . A staff member by the name of Douglas took an interest , asked the right questions , was polite and courteous . Did not use this modern speak ie Mate , guys etc which I hate . Went in for one thing came out with 3 more . So thanks Douglas for a pleasurable retail experience.

I'd give zero stars if possible this business is a total scam. If you're lucky you might get away with being ripped off for a only a couple of grand. Try to get a refund. This whole company is a fiction. After attending their office address in Lavender Bay Sydney I spoke to the concierge that manages the building where their business is listed on their website to operate from he confirmed with absolute certainty that aimfigma has never leased owned or has an any affiliation with that address. He went further and supplied this information to me in writing. You will notice not a single landline office number is listed on their website in spite of them claiming to have offices in toronto, london and sydney thats because they dont actually operate from them at all. They will tell you that they will happily meet you in person at these offices too, that's just a lie, do yourself a favour and insist that you meet them there in their "office" before entering into any agreement with them. You'll find they won't be able to follow through. Harris Parker and Marcus are confident in their scum bag ability and become very rude and cocky when you call them on their dishonestly. P.s Harris and Marcus are one person pretending to be 2. This is a good scam that will prey on people who are vulnerable. They are a competent bunch of B grade wanna be cypercriminals. Be careful.

HORRIBLE APP!!!!! I sent 100.00 to my daughter for her bday and the account I sent to had my daughter's PICTURE and name...she never received the money! Called venmo and was on the phone for 2 hours!!! No resolution and they told me to ask for the money back from the person I sent it too...are you FUl$$KING KIDDING ME. Had my daughter on the phone with them twice to verify that it was not her account that someone had to of created one and they still would not reimburse me my 100.00 I sent to someone that has opened an account with my daughters picture etc!!! Sham of a company and will be deleting there app, they are bs#it thiefs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
