Disgusted with Lego Web Store, as Lego set 40573 Christmas Tree set arrived with an entire bag of pieces missing (brown studs, candles etc).I saw in the reviews for this set, that someone else had the same issue, but I couldn't leave my own review as there was an error message every time (using different devices and browsers), so I guess Lego don't like too many low star reviews on their site, so prevent them being left.Anyway, after chatting with customer services, they agreed to send a replacement bag.Shortly after the order confirmation, I received a follow-up email, saying that my order had been cancelled due to some apparent historic order anomalies. So now left with an incomplete £40 Xmas Tree, for which they will not send replacement parts.As they have not fulfilled our contract and sent exactly what I ordered, I will be contacting my card provider as although the item was a little under £40 the entire order was over £120.Worst thing is I spent in excess £600 over about 4 orders in a few days, when I got this a the start on Nov 23.Even after appealing their decision to ban me from complimentary missing parts, they should at least have to supply the exact item purchased, should they not?
