Review of dell

Never Again!!

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. After seeing a family members Inspirion 14 5000 2n1 I fell in love & decided to get 1. I was so excited, even more so when I received an email that it shipped earlier than first stated. For days, 5 to be exact the tracking said "on truck out for delivery" next town over from where I live, still no laptop. I called Dell inquiring as to where it was & was told it must be lost so they were sending another & I was given a reference number. Again I got excited when it was shipped, then I seen it was delivered & signed for by someone nowhere close to my name & in Texas....I live in Virginia. I called again & was told again they would send another one. Every time I looked at the order status (for 2 days) it said delivered to Texas, this time my husband called & he got the run around with these people outsourced in India & was told it would be given a case number & it will be 2 days before we hear something. He told them they needed to send an upgraded model after everything I've been through. The best part is it says on the site that it is no longer available, I'm guessing out of stock. I'm beyond upset & will never fool with them again, they wanted us to take it up with FedEx well I didn't buy from FedEx, I bought from Dell. I ordered the pen to go with it which did arrive but no laptop to use it on. My advice is, find a better company & save yourself from a lot of frustration & headaches.

They do not take care of their loyal customers. Nor do they do what they tell you they are going to do in Canon City, Colorado. voiced a complaint with their home office was emailed that the store manager would get in touch with me and all would be taken care of. NEVER HAPPENED. home office promised to get back to see if problem was solved. NEVER HAPPENED. JUST LIKE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN WHEN THE STORE FORCED ME TO MAKE THE COMPLAINT.
