Review of philips
I purchased one of the new subscriptions for a Philips sonicare toothbrush. I was charged on the 8th and bank processed payment on Dec 9th. I never received a confirmation email of any sort. I reached out via chat, phone, email. All dead ends saying someone will get back to me in 3-5 business days. The only response I got was asking me to provide an order number, after clearly stating the email confirmation was never received. I have yet to hear back at this point. I am a patient person and do not like to do this. This is maybe my 2nd or 3rd negative review ever. I don’t take the time to bash a company over one negative experience. However, this is dragging out far too long and I am hoping this helps me get a resolution. I am in customer service and have been for years. Sending a customer a macro stating they will hear back in 3-5 business days is a joke, and then not following up is even worse. Simply put, just do better.

I found a recall on my Senseo coffee maker, it can blow up and cause injury, their customer care center don’t know anything about it, they hardly speak English and rude.worst support I’ve ever experienced. Will no longer buy anything from Phillips.

I asked the ICO this:if an organisation has only provided untrue reasons for purpose of processing data, please could the ICO explain to me how this is abiding by the law?Although the ICO replied, the ICO reused to answer the question. Draw your own conclusions

I use Google news most days. Reports about video games appear on my page almost every day and sometimes two or three per day. For the last two months I have marked most of these as an item I want to see fewer of. No reduction a s far as I can tell. Why invite noting preferences if not acted on?I have also identified many local newspapers as sources I don’t want to see. The same websites do not reappear but I still get links for areas I have no connection with. I also get stuff that is PR handouts from companies, not news. As for email, I get a lot of spam, often fraudulent, that uses gmail addresses. As I use Outlook for email, I have no easy way of reporting these to gmail. Lots of other companies make it a simple matter of forwarding the offending email as an attachment. Hy doesn’t Google do more to help make life for spammers and crooks more difficult?

Review of chegg
Most of my questions are answered thoroughly and correctly, but some of my more difficult questions are left unanswered or answered with words/sentences, rather than a numeric value or calculation (when that is what the question asks). However, I do appreciate that Chegg refunds those questions that don't get answered.

I went to the Thanksgiving buffet at Sagebrush Inn & Suites and it was an excellent experience. The buffet was wonderful and the staff were warm and welcoming. There was music playing including live music in the room where I was dining. The atmosphere was great and the serving/wait staff were attentive and helpful. I am a local in Taos, NM so I can only surmise that the accommodations and stay at Sagebrush Inn & Suites would be a memorable, positive experience as well.

This is the worst company ever. Extremely unprofessional behaviour , I sent a pc under warranty for repair as it wouldn’t boot up , they had issue with delivery company , they never returned my pc , now after three months of chasing they have the audacity to ask me for proof of purchase . This is absloutely disgusting and beyond anything I have had to witness , they waste your time and energy. Absolutely appalling .

We purchased a plan from Survey Monkey and within a week discovered that the plan was insufficient for our needs after some preliminary testing. We upgraded to a higher level plan and asked for a refund for the original plan. This request was denied. We do not recommend this company.

It's an unreal universe of unprofessional and notoriously unpredictable people. From a designer's perspective this platform is lacking quality and the most important part of a good relationship between a designer and a costumer: communication. Because there is no real feedback culture, there is no time to get into the concept and try to really understand what the person needing a design is looking for, this platform sets expecations that are out of touch with reality and lead to unanticipated choices by the customers (if any at all). Don't go there, don't do that. Support your local designer and make an effort to communicate what you need. I know that people don't have much time or money these days. But try. Thanks.
