sims

terrible. sims 4 is a money grab, absolutely atrocious. sure it’s a good game, a great game even. but is there any need to charge that much for add ons to an incomplete game? not to mention how buggy the game is with constant bugs and lags that should have been fixed now. second, why are they selling a game that DOESNT WORK. i purchased the sims 3 and it won’t even launch, went on online support and they said it’s a problem they’re aware of. mate the games been out since 2009, how long does it take for you to make a game work? shouldn’t be selling it, plus no choice for a refund? atrocious. third, purchased sims 2 disc and my computer blocks it? tell people before they buy the games. i never want to give that company another penny. i am disgusted and distraught.

Outstanding support service. Within 2 minutes of my request, google support team contacted me from USA and in less than 2 hours we had an engineer round and he’d fixed the problem and replaced the parts needed for the heat link system for Nest.

Five dates of birth in my medical records large number of records affected

I contacted this office about my medical records as I had assessed them and found a total of five Dates of Birth within them (to my knowledge I was only born once). I have no understanding of this organisations purpose. My past is very worrying and there are major concerns about what happened to me as a child so these dates of birth are of concern. These DOBs have been shared and my information is largely affected within many trusts very concerning.

Best Buy should be called worst…

Best Buy should be called worst experience. I am not really sure how they get a 4 star review. I purchased a 98 inch TV from the outer loop store 2 weeks ago. I have already have had the old TV removed and move furniture and pictures and all the other crap that they send you multiple times telling you on the rules for their deliveries. Tomorrow was the first delivery date they had available so OK I will wait. This afternoon they send me an email stating that "I" had not completed my delivery setup and to go to a link to schedule. Of course just like the customer service it was non existent and informs me to try again later multiple times. Maybe they should put someone from geek squad on it. After multiple tries I decide to call, second mistake after being on hold and listening to all the great things they do someone picks up and then puts me on hold to send me to someone else, different system/person or something. This person comes on and after talking for a few minutes tells me it must be coming from a different warehouse so I had to reschedule it. I asked because someone at best buy does not do their job it now becomes my problem to resolve, he responded pretty much. The fastest thing best buy did was to cancel my order. It did not take me long to remember why I have not purchased anything of significance there in over7 years. I also just can not figure out why they are in financial trouble, it could not have anything to do with their customer service.

I have had the worst experience with…

I have had the worst experience with AAA. I was left waiting from 11pm on a Sunday night until 6 am only for them not to be able to find it after texting that they were an hour away. I then had to start all over. I had to sleep in the car because they never communicated that it would take 7-10 hours.

It's excellently meeting my expectations, am really grateful for the knowledge I have gotten so far. There was a time when it was really tough for, I was feeling like to quit because I didn't know what exactly to do in my project but I decided to continue pushing,and now I have learned so much from this program. All thanks to God. This program has made me do things I felt I would never be able to do.

Con artists!

I've also had a problem with a massive price hike on a subscription renewal and then trouble getting my money back. My £45 sub was increased to £189 and auto renewed. I called to cancel within days and was told the money would be refunded to my account. However it wasn't and after nearly a year comprising dozens of phone calls and approaching 50 emails to customer service I'm still waiting to get all the money back with £45 still outstanding.Editorially The Telegraph like to see themselves as upholders of values but in their business practice they act like con artists - I would strongly advise against buying anything from them.

Beware of False Advertising

My first (and, no doubt, the last) experience with Songkick (along with Heatseeker/ Ozticks…) is far from being positive; I recently purchased a ticket which referred to entirely different performer (thanks to Songkick false advertising).The details about the concert I wanted to attend are irrelevant; Songkick will confuse ,say, Robbie Williams with Serena Williams , Kate Bush with George W Bush , or King Crimson with , say ,King Kong… What the heck, they’ve got so much in common.Surprisingly, Songkick personnel admitted they had made the error (while aggregating the ticket links); however they deny responsibility (!!??). Instead, they will stay hidden behind convoluted system (in conjunction with Heatseeker/ Ozticks), blaming others and promising better service and lack of errors. Refund ?? No way; once you klick ‘buy’, that means ‘bye’ (to your money).An advice to the Songkick personnel; Rather than writing disgustingly insincere responses, such as ‘I am really sorry to hear…’ , can you, please, cut the crap and simply write something like “Thank you, sucker…”. From my perspective it will be much more genuine / appropriate. In order to look after misled and frustrated customers, you should make an effort towards establishing proper refund policy

Seriously - Great product if you are running Windows 11 on an M1 Chip

OK. Seriously. This program/product is GREAT for anyone running Windows 11 on an M1 chip platform. I used to only use Fusion. It just happened to be the product I picked when I first started running Windows on my MacBook Pro. It was just a 50/50 guess and I landed on Fusion. THEN…I upgraded to an M1 chip and Windows 11 and Fusion could not support that at that time. So I had to decide whether to just give up on Windows or try Parallels. Well…damn glad I picked Parallels. So much easier than Fusion. And so so so seamless on my MacMini. Thank you Parallels. You saved the day and helped me love Windows again.

After submitting the selfie, my account was permanently locked for no reason. Meanwhile, their TrustScore is going to reach ONE star! Even mediocre gambling companies have 2 stars or more ))

Quite possibly the worst social media platform. I've had a "glitch" that I've reported several times with no resolution. They won't remove pages/posts that clearly go against guidelines. There are so so so many fake profiles/bots/content stealers.

Costumer Service in disarray

I have been trying to contact support over the past month in 5 occasions regarding my card being stolen/lost… Everytime i contact them, after 2-3 days, an automatic email saying that they are sorry for making me wait is sent to me, telling me to try again to contact support… the loop is going on since a month… a month without their card and any way to receive a new one with the funds of the card blocked … no words to describe this kind of service quality.
