Beware of False Advertising

My first (and, no doubt, the last) experience with Songkick (along with Heatseeker/ Ozticks…) is far from being positive; I recently purchased a ticket which referred to entirely different performer (thanks to Songkick false advertising).The details about the concert I wanted to attend are irrelevant; Songkick will confuse ,say, Robbie Williams with Serena Williams , Kate Bush with George W Bush , or King Crimson with , say ,King Kong… What the heck, they’ve got so much in common.Surprisingly, Songkick personnel admitted they had made the error (while aggregating the ticket links); however they deny responsibility (!!??). Instead, they will stay hidden behind convoluted system (in conjunction with Heatseeker/ Ozticks), blaming others and promising better service and lack of errors. Refund ?? No way; once you klick ‘buy’, that means ‘bye’ (to your money).An advice to the Songkick personnel; Rather than writing disgustingly insincere responses, such as ‘I am really sorry to hear…’ , can you, please, cut the crap and simply write something like “Thank you, sucker…”. From my perspective it will be much more genuine / appropriate. In order to look after misled and frustrated customers, you should make an effort towards establishing proper refund policy
