This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I used this service many times since 2016 and had no real issues until the last couple of months this yea (2023). They changed my delivery address to an address that does not exist on my street and the last 2 times I attempted to order I received frantic calls from the drivers trying to find my home. I checked my account settings the first time this happened in Jan 2023 and my address was correct so I assumed it was a driver issue. It happened again tonight so I went and checked my address and it was not correct, It was changed to a number that did not exist on my street. I attempted to leave a review on yelp but apparently you cannot leave yelp review for the company that caused the issues I am experiencing, only for the low paid driver or the restaurant. I tried to delete my account and get help on the grub hub site but you cannot get help there either unless it is an issue with the restaurant. This company is absurd and should be held accountable for the ridiculous business practices. I feel foolish that I was an early supporter and used this disgusting company so many times.

Customer service extremely slow and check the ingredients

Well, I went to Full Moon Dog Treats site to buy my dog some treats on Christmas day. I tried to cancel right away because they did not give me my 20% discount. They have no cancellation but I called the day after Christmas and called send emails to make a long story short I finally got my refund on February 6 then I went back and started reading reviews number one these dog treats have sugar in them. Number two. I seen a lot of customers that their dogs got sick. So no, thank you I will never buy full moon treats again. Their customer service is very very slow always excuses and when I checked the ingredients and reviews, I wasn’t too happy I’m a senior citizen. I did not need that stress to begin with but on the good side, I also found out more about the company and it’s dog treats.

SquareSpace – Poor Help Services and Expensive

I have been in UX and UI for several years though not a coder (Designer and Project Manager). I am starting my own side gig and was looking for a group to host my site and register my URL. I originally thought of Go Daddy and have used them in the past professionally with good success. One of my competent coder friends recommended 1&1 which also looked good – 24/7 support line, great pricing, etc. I have another client who does all of their customers' work on SquareSpace and remembered they said it was easy to use. So, because of their flashy ad campaign and the fact they brag about their "Award winning customer service" throughout their site I ended up signing up with them. I almost immediately regretted this. The process of setting up an email associated with my URL was unbelievably complex, throwing out tech terms I've never heard of previously (despite my being over UX at a tech company for years), etc. Further, when I sought to contact them for support I found they were only open M-F during regular business hours, I believe Eastern Standard Time (i'm in LA). This was very regretful and kicked myself for not actually researching the "Award winning cust. service" prior to committing. So, this relegated me to emailing for assistance. This of course was comparatively slow to a call or text chat. Had to wait at least 24 hrs. Additionally, they are very expensive in hosting and in their Site Builder service compared to others (like 1&1), also didnt find that out until after I registered my domain unfortunately. Anyway – I will be transferring my domain away from them as soon as the dreaded 60 days is up. Really felt that I fell for their vague marketing claims and glossy appearance. I would recommend all to seek services elsewhere.

Very fast courteous response when there was an issue it was resolved instantly and a new order was shipped out the very next day!!!!! With no questions asked. The artist was very great.

Using Outlook mail

Using Outlook mail, especially the last 2 mos.; has been horrendous. No problem signing in, but will not sign out. E-mails do not load, half the time. It seems like after a Microsoft update about 2 mos.;ago, things have gone south for Outlook. I will be changing e-mail providers.

Extremely disappointed with their service. 8061 Dani Dr. Fort Myers FL.I had gone into the store and always order the same thing, chicken burrito bowl, double everything. I was on my phone not paying attention, so I paid for it and when I got home I noticed that it was single everything but the code they write which is the first letter of the ingredient with a circle and I paid for double. I contacted them and spoke with the mgr, she was super nice and said to come in and she would provide me the same order at no charge. I was happy so the next day I went back to order my item and explained to the employee what she said, and I asked for her so I could thank her personally. She gave me a weird look, and she said why is everything double and I told her that’s what I said when we spoke, she asked for my receipt and I said I don’t have it, and I asked why and she replied “to make sure you’re telling the truth “. Wow, now I’m being called a liar. She was very abrupt. So I told her to forget it and I went ahead and just paid for it, a complete 360 from what she said earlier. I was never so humiliated in front of the staff and customers. Horrible experience, will never return

I never wanted to be part of Vodafone. But I had to change because they bought unitymedia. First think they charged me for my old dsl box. Which is unitymedia never did. They ask me to send and I send it to them box like 5 months ago. Still I didn’t receive my money back. What were they doing with my 350 euros for 5 months? I mean can’t receive my own money back? Such a bad costumer support. Such a bad connection. 1000 mbit dsl with cable goes up to 500 max(connected with network cable). Very unsatisfying internet provider. I am waiting to my contract over and change whatever alternative to this provider. I can not recommend this company because there are no positive experiences for me...

Review of primevideo

Subtitles are out of sync

There are probably about 2 good TV shows on primevideo.com. Of those two, one had English subtitles for the non-English dialogue that were about 30 seconds out of sync. After contacting Amazon support, their tech support from India had confirmed which show I was referring to. This took about 10 minutes. A quick Google search found that this has been a common issue for a couple of years now, with no fix from Amazon. Conclusion: Amazon cuts corners with their business and doesn't care about quality or value.

I haven't watched any content on ITV1…

I haven't watched any content on ITV1 in years apart from Family Guy and American Dad on ITV2.On the main ITV1 channel there has been nothing on worth watching I rarely tune in to watch anything I haven't watched Coronation Street in years it was more my mums show than mine and never watched Emmerdale. None of the shows on ITV have interested me all the shows are crap to say the least.I don't know what has happened at ITV it used to be a good channel it used to have some great tv shows on worth watching but in the last 15 years or so the channel has become so cheap looking and boring with cheap crap tv shows no one watches. It's a wonder ITV makes any profits and is still on the air. I look at the tv guide with a sinking feeling and just see a load of dross offered by the channel. I think ITV needs a change of leadership behind the scenes get rid of the deadwood and get new creative people in with fresh ideas of how to channel forward or become stale and lose viewers. I quite like ITVX and can see a lot of money creative talent has been thrown at the streaming service in order to gain streaming viewers but I think that creative talent has been put to waste and should have worked at improving the ITV channel brand and bringing back viewers to the channel. You were great in your day ITV but I think your days are numbered and if you don't improve the channel your days as a broadcaster might end up being consigned to the history books. I was going to give ITV 2 stars but I felt that was too generous if I could have given 0 stars I would have I feel giving 1 star is far too generous.

Scam for paid services

This is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to help my boyfriend all day to get back into his X (twitter) account. He pays for their services and he uses it for his business. He gets most of his customers from there and uses his page for advertising, which is paid for and perfectly legal. He got locked out of his account for no reason, and we’ve been working for days just to talk to ONE SINGLE REAL PERSON. And no one. Just the same forms getting sent to us over and over and over again that aren’t related to our situation. If we could talk to a single person that could help us verify his identity this would have been over in less than an hour. I’m livid and his business is suffering for it. What a scam. I’m glad I never personally used twitter but Elon Must can you please stop and go back to making fancy cars. Thanks.

Suspended account - unable to appeal

My account was suspended back in early 2023 around the time it was rebranded to X. I've tried repeatedly since then to appeal this suspension as I've never posted anything. I haven't tried to appeal for over a year, but thought I'd try again today. X closes my tickets "automatically" without even looking at them. This is beyond frustrating - I'm unable to talk to an actual person at the company.
