I've had problems with the VPN for months now, they take control of my PC, re-load the program (3 times now) and for a few days it works, this time I refused and they said they would pass the issue onto a higher tech. Called after a couple of weeks but still no responce and was told to wait.Last night I called again to be told McAfee had an issue and it had been resolved (which it hasn't) and was promised a phone call today between 12:00 & 14:00, no call and following yet another chat was told they are still working on it and would get back to me when the issue was fixed.What appalling customer service when you rely on this software to keep your PC & files safe, they don't even have an email address which you can write too to complain, I will never buy one of thier products again.

I have order IFB washing front load and Wonderchef Cookware sets from flipkart worth 20k and both products was defectiveWashing machine delivered with Front Load mirror in broken state and when I requested for replacement it's almost a month I haven't heard back from them. I keep on calling CC though they just apology - really worse service...About Wonderchef cookware sets I ordered are having 2 handles broken. Can I get replacement asap?

Bestbuy has given me the run around for the past 5 weeks. My fridge broke down ans is still under geek squad warranty (expires July 2025!) countless calls, visits from service people confirming compressor is broken , chats with those terrible Bots and in-person visits to Rt 17 Paramus NJ store have yielded no results. Disgraceful and terrible service . I ended up buying a new fridge from elsewhere.

I was expecting much more from this show.First 1.5 hours was singers nothing to do with Albano and Romina, simply TOO LONG. thank was 5 in's breaks and show started for another 1.5 hours.Speaking only Italian, ignoring not all people understand. that was not nice. 3 hours, without break with breaks speaking language you don't understand a word this is not what you do in such big concerts and paying so much money for a tickets.I LOVE their songs, but would never have this experience again.

wish I'd read these reviews first. Almost impossible to get a book passed the meatgrinder, the software which looks at how your book is formatted, spent hours doing exactly what they said only to get it rejected again and again, waste of time, never had an experience like this with any other publisher. I'm done, unpublished it just now, feel like a weight has been lifted off me.

After being a customer of American Express for more than 20 years, the company recently decreased my credit limit from $40,000 to $6000 because of one late payment. As a result, my total credit utilization went from 50% to 94%, causing a 70 point dip in my FICO credit score. Hi complain to customer service politely pointing out that I’ve been a member for more than 20 years and that I paid them more than $70,000 interest over those 20 years and they remained in flexible. I have $1000 balance on my card and will pay it off in the next month and promptly cancel my account because of this awful companies business practices.

I see Spotify has recently increased the price for Premium Members - using the same old / same old excuse “invest in and innovate on” the product ??And the Members who subscribe to this “ fairytale” are going to see the results of this investment when exactly???I venture to suggest that the answer to that question is never ! Because that is not what they will be doing with the £2 increase from millions of subscribers worldwide - it’s simply greed / profit or both !Do they think that people are so stupid that they “buy into” this nonsense and actually believe that they are investing in the product ??What would be good is if their Spotify site actually allowed people to respond their email information them of the increase rather than send people to FAQ’s or an emailAddress that is not a “cop out” ie - This email address does not respond ??Hardly Transparent is it ??
