Had an item shipped from Costco. UPS said couldn't deliver the item because my house didn't exist. I called in to verify the address and give location instructions. I was told it would be delivered but instead of bringing it to me, they sent it back to Costco. This is the second time this has happened.

I am dissatisfied with Uber’s services, which appear to be deteriorating significantly. The absence of effective customer support has made it extremely challenging to resolve issues. Cab drivers frequently refuse trips, and the lack of accountability is concerning. I recently lost my document bag during a trip and, despite providing all the necessary details, I have not received any assistance or response from Uber. The documents have no value to anyone else, yet the driver has remained unresponsive, and Uber’s customer support has failed to provide any meaningful help.

I use the app to be a part of contests due to my love to them. Why I am giving this app a 4/5 is because the contests are somewhat unfair. I am not against people voting for other creations, I enjoy seeing how everybody has their own opinions. However, the first photos voters receive to vote for are the ones that are in the lead. To get to photos that never were voted for, voters would have to scroll for hours. So if you are not lucky enough to have your photo being voted for the first 5 seconds in order to be in the lead when the voting starts, you will probably end up in one of the last places. About 8k people participating in every challenge, submitting 3 creations they made, instead of just one. A lot of good photoshops are lost in the mountain of content. Anyways, I know Picsart is probably not going to change that, so here is some constructive feedback: there are great tools to use. You can post: photoshops, stickers for people to use in the photoshops, tutorials, and more. The community is overall not toxic. Download Picsart to form your own opinion, i can't tell you if you should download it or not based on my opinion!

I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month. I have reached out to the support team several times and they keep saying that they're waiting to receive an update from their Logistics team. They keep repeating that their Logistic team is very busy. I don't understand how this is the customer's problem (it's a problem for the company and the Logistic team to deal with). They don't even have a complaint process in place and just treat my complaint as feedback for the Logistic team!Oculus Quest 2 is an amazing device but the customer support is very disappointing.UPDATE - I filed a dispute with PayPal (after waiting for 2 months) and PayPal issued me my refund quickly. Don't waste your time with the support team if you need a refund as they would just play games with you.

Where I used to check for good hotels/ restaurants/ tour guide agencies etc. are now general descriptions that I could also get from google or wikipedia.

Ordered crocs for a present for Father’s Day well In advance as it states 3-5 working days for dispatch which I was more than happy with, nearly two weeks later still not been dispatched and been told it’s still being ‘processed’. Never been one to check reviews of a website and I’ve come on here to see everyone else has also experienced the same problem, disappointed is an understatement. Will not be ordering from this website again.

Southwest will keep me from flying ever again! Terrible experience with them. The crew is so rude...you definitely get what you pay for no wonder it's cheap!! Plane felt like it was falling out of the sky ...flight attendants HATED THEIR LIVES! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN!!! DONT FLY SOUTHWEST YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This company is a scam, they don't refund you, they make excuses to not refund and they actually lie! They also use your card info to purchase stuff on other sites, as soon as I purchased on their site a ton of other transactions were made with I now have to dispute! Their customer service are so rude! Don't use this site unless you want your bank account cleared out!

Bought a computer today on sale for $700 with in 20 minutes of the order I wanted to cancel to purchase a computer for $2000 as I wanted more ram but didn't realize the one I ordered was onbored. So I decided to just spec it out. The cancel button would not work, I called and was on the phone within 30 minutes of me ordering I was told if I wanted to return it there would be a 15% restocking fee. How are you going to have a restock fee for a product you didn't even ship me yet!On top of that your getting more than double my original purchase. This is beyond stupid, how are they even still in business with this policy, and coming on here and seeing I'm not the only one with this issue. There need to be a class action against them for fraud. At this point of they wont take it back I'm just going to call my credit card company and let them sort it out.
