One of the worst banks I've experienced. I contacted customer support multiple times for a question regarding auto-pay and they all gave differing answers and opinions. It was as if no one knew how it worked and were just making it up as they went along.I also requested a card for my authorized user and after 3 re-mailing attempts, I still have not yet received it. First two times were because they wrote the address wrong even though I clearly wrote to their customer support what my shipping address was..

Title: Unfair Experience – Missing Coins, Delayed Promotions & Follow Back IssueReview:My experience with TikTok’s Promote feature has been very disappointing.I purchased 897 coins, then bought 350 more, but my account only shows 820 coins. That means 427 coins are missing without any record or clear explanation.I also paid 30 SAR through my TikTok wallet and 3.25 AZN from my account (total 36 SAR) for video promotion, but the ad has stayed under review for more than a day. The promotion hasn’t started, and my time and money are being wasted.Today, another 820 coins were deducted for a new promotion, but that post is also stuck in review.If content needs to be reviewed, it should be done before charging — not after. This creates confusion and disappointment.In addition, I am unable to follow back my followers. I tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache, but nothing has worked.As a content creator, I value my time and effort. I hope TikTok improves its services and provides better support to users.

After over 10 years of Mindbody, with 2 different locations, we finally switched out from this nightmare of a company. Yes, they've been around for a very long time, but as they've grown - their customer service has become insanely horrible. You are just a number to MindBody. They don't care about you, don't want to help you and just want to make sure you're paying as much as possible with them.Their software is also bloated, weird, takes so many steps to just do one thing, and even with a tech background, I even find MB annoying and cumbersome to do the simplest of tasks.And, God forbid if you want to integrate other business systems with Mindbody, it's impossible. Since Zapier has existed, many have requested Mindbody to open up their API for integration. This obviously has not been done since their software was built in the 90s and has barely evolved. We recently moved to PushPress and what a breath of fresh air. Clean interface, simple processes and integrates with EVERYTHING... and did I mention cheaper?Lastly, after 10 years of being with them and countless hours dealing with their customer support on many issues, which cost more time & money, they refused to let me out of my contract which ends in 3 months anyways. After discussing with a lawyer, it would essentially cost me the same to get out of the contract using a lawyer, than wait till the end of the term.I guess I was hoping that someone at Mindbody would be an actual human and care about other people, but... it is Mindbody, and I've come to expect the worst from them, and they deliver the worst every time.

Return fees are Astronomical, you can buy something with free shipping from them. But to return it, you'll pay almost as much Or more for which the item actually cost. I bought 2 Rattan ottoman And when I found I could get bigger ones cheaper on Amazon. I wanted to return Them they Wanted to charge me $80 to return them when they only cost $60 to buy them and $25 on Amazon. Not to mention, they sell a lot of used things that have been reboxed. The cushions on the ottomans were faded and old. Looked like they had been used.

I have been using IHG exclusively for many years but I think im going to switch to another brand. Many IHG hotels, specifically the best and most desirable ones no longer accept points for a booking or only accept them on certain days of the week. They have gotten bad about not issuing points and you have to call cs and beg for them. I recently couldn’t make it to my hotel and was unable to cancel. I didn’t even try to get out of paying for the room but they didn’t give me my points. Had to call and was told they don’t issue points if you don’t show up even though they still charge you full rate. Im just about done with them.

Fox News no longer a premier news organization. No better than CNN/MSNBC. Not sure who’s responsible. They have a a few good news anchors/commentary people, but as a whole, the organization has lost their way. So disappointed by the antagonistic election coverage. They owe us an apology.

Very disappointed long time client…I’ve been buying from asos for years, and it used to be great! But now the benefits are not there anymore…I paid 19€ for the yearly next days delivery which was apparently cancelled for deliveries in Belgium. I order everything on Tuesday because i need it for the next Monday morning, it’s Friday and my parcel has not only not been delivered yet but also delayed until next week! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!4 working days for a « fast delivery » the free delivery option showed it would arrive on Monday, so i guess i paid those 19€ for nothing. What’s the point of keeping the clothes that i ordered for a specific event if they won’t get there on time for it? I’ll just end up sending everything back. And go shopping to a regular store.

Well, I paid an enormous amount for a freelancer scriptwriter to write based on my book. He did what he thought, it was not good and without collaborating with me being the author of the book . Then he did ask me for more money for copyright ownership then he disappeared and customer care could not help. It was a rip off.

Hi,I am attempting to subscribe to a paid plan for my company for months, and I'm facing some difficulties with the support team. They are insisting that my bank is declining the payment, but I can't even proceed with the validation process on my bank app because I immediately receive an error message. Also, I've checked with my banker (and lost a lot of time) and everything is ok. I've encountered similar issues with American tools like Webflow and Notion, as we don't have credit cards in Europe, and they've always been able to find a solution.This situation is quite frustrating, and I have to consider exploring other software options.
