Customer service non existent. I returned and item in store. They send it to the warehouse. It’s been sitting there over 14 business day ( which is supposed to be the time frame of processing your refund). Haven’t been processed. If your call you get canned responses, also on the phone they then tell you the wait period is extended. Thinking about calling my bank to get this charge reversed.

I continue to be charged despite having confirmed cancellation and then to make it so much worse, its impossible to communicate with anyone in the company. The "chat bot" is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and there is no ability to contact via email. And now the adobe reply sends me back to try and find an answer on their website instead of explaining why they charge for something I didnt buy!?

Kickstarter seems to do very little or at least is very ineffectual at vetting projects. When creators abscond with the money, millions sometimes, Kickstarter will do nothing. They point to their terms of service and tell you the money has been released to the creator and you have to contact them. I have lost about $600 on fraudulent projects. I am done with Kickstarter. State AG’s should look at consumer protections for crowdfunding.

Other than not having a tech support number to call and not being able to do everything on the phone app like you can with the computer, everything else was great. They responded to my emails in a timely manner and answered my complicated tech support questions professionally I'm satisfied.

Bought an expensive LEGO set. The order was delivered in an oversized box with zero padding inside. The Lego set box was showing signs of severe shelf wear damage and it turned out to be a half-built customer return with many parts missing.I could hear loose parts moving around inside so I made a video of myself opening the parcel. I can provide it on request.

Domestika is so quick to reply here in the reviews, but when we were asking questions and submitted a ticket at domestika.org website about the issues, no respond. That’s why I linked my PayPal account because I couldn’t remove the card information.And just because I added my PayPal account doesn't mean you have the right to use it and take my money without any confirmation from me about whether I want to renew or not.Domestika.org, before you start replying to our reviews, return the money you took first especially the amount that’s even more than what you were supposed to collect.And we don’t owe you anything in the first place. Why couldn’t I remove my card information, and why did I even have to add my PayPal account? Does this have to keep repeating? And why can’t you return the money?

I haven't heard back from your customer service. It's been longer than 3 days. I purchased $150+ of templates and couldn't download after trying to sign in. Haven't heard anything and money taken. No refund or communication.....can't email back to an actual email address. Extremely frustrating to navigate an issue and was really excited to use Creative Market for any/all projects with our company.

I was stuck in a life endangering hurricane and they still would not refund or rebook me. The airport was literally closed and flights cancelled days after due to storm damage and deaths. I told them before my check in date that my airport was not opening in time and I could not get there so I needed to reschedule. They would not reschedule nor refund. I spent hours on the phone and emailing them. Then I disputed the charge on my card and they fought the dispute. Still trying to fight to get my money back. I literally booked the same hotel the next weekend my airport opened through a different company. Will never be booking through this company or giving them my money again.

Very disappointed with The Telegraph. I have subscribed to the digital edition for nearly 3 years. Without warning and less than a month since my last payment I could no longer access the site beyond the paywall.They have launched a new subscription drive but failed to communicate with existing subscribers. No response to my support request either.I've re-subscribed using the new "offer" but it seems the regularly month price has increased by 50%. I'll be sure to catch up with the inflation reports in the Business section!

What is the point in having a credit card to protect you when it doesn't do that?? I filed a dispute and they gave me the money back, 3 weeks later they took it back with an email basically saying the company have third party providers so they are not responsible. I am sorry? Does this mean any old scammer company like TUI can just advertise anything and you don't get what you pay for, but you have to suck it up? Shocking complained to FCA!!!

The content on this app is rather disgusting and disturbing to say the least I posted a vidio of me going to work door supervisors badge gloves in the car it got removed! If you say you don't like someone or call someone a clown or a liar or rude it gets removed , yet you see teenagers in underwear dancing in there rooms girls in bikinis bending over explicit language but you cant post a pic of your gloves and licence going to work !
