Bought an expensive LEGO set. The order was delivered in an oversized box with zero padding inside. The Lego set box was showing signs of severe shelf wear damage and it turned out to be a half-built customer return with many parts missing.I could hear loose parts moving around inside so I made a video of myself opening the parcel.
