Less then 1 star ! I purchased the Claude Pro package, and I’m furious—it’s outright theft! The limits kick in every few lines! There’s no way to contact support! Don’t believe the claims about higher limits; it’s nonsense! I have code with 6,000 lines ( fews parts none just 1 ), and it constantly blocks me. I checked the token or word count, and it’s very low, yet it still blocks me?! For the first 24 hours after purchase, it seemed fine, but it gets worse day by day! My advice: look for other solutions and stay far away from Claude!!! I don’t recommend it. They’ll probably respond with “please contact us,” but that’s just a marketing ploy!

This service has potential but is lacking in several areas. The customer service is nonexistent. If you somehow manage to get through to a human, you will be taken care of. They are super helpful and knowledgeable, the problem is getting in contact. The three days I called and waited on hold cost me just over 500$ and they still have the wrong email so I have to jump through hoops to verify my booking and PIN. The largest problem with this service is the AI they implement everywhere. No matter by chat or phone, it will never actually help. It redirects to everything under the sun except what you need. The frustration, tension, and confusion is repulsive. This is the main reason I will never use booking.com for any trip I book in the future.

The BBC is not for me anymore reporting and programs are shocking,the filth of this so called British company is plain for everybody to see, left wing bias is eroding this once great stalwart of the people into oblivion, having a go at the Queen for something that "might" have happened over 50 year's ago is a national disgrace, ( but then again they love the Guardian Newspaper most of them used to work there ),"Goodbye BBC you won't be getting my money" they think that the British People are stupid, all I can say they must be paying to watch and listen to there continued "crap"

Tumble dryer delivery supposed to be 3rd February, I started chat at 16:48 for 21 minutes and kept screenshots of whole conversation. I told them there was no tracking information, and then found out it had not even been dispatched.The operator said, “we’re encountering a delay in shipping your order and we’re unable to meet your delivery date” plus she promised it would be delivered within 48 hours and I wouldn’t need to contact them. Before ending the chat I ensured they had the correct telephone number and address with detailed description how to find our house.The chat ended at 17.09Imagine my surprise to recieve an email at 18:13 stating the item was dispatched and would arrive 3rd February (yesterday) between 7am and 7pm!Which it DID NOT!LIARS - because they attached tracking information to that email and the package had supposedly left the Amazon facility in Derby at 08:36am yesterday, but didn’t arrive at Gateshead facility until 12:42am ON THE 4TH FEBRUARY, IE AFTER MIDNIGHT!And get this it was scheduled for delivery at 1.30pm on the 3rd, whilst the tracking information I accessed at the time was telling me no tracking information available!THEY ARE LIARS, THEN THEY HAVE TRIED TO COVER UP BY SENDING ME A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AN HOUR AFTER A CHAT ENDED WITH THEM ADMITTING THE ITEM WAS NOT DISPATCHED AT ALL. Plus it was too late to cancel the order.UTTER LIARS!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up with Jimdo.Several months ago, I contacted Jimdo to cancel my account. I thought everything had been taken care of, so I didn't think more about it.Until this morning ...During the night, I got a renewal notice. Most reputable businesses notify one about renewal beforehand, thereby giving one the opportunity to either accept or reject another term, but 'reputable' is not a term that should ever be used with Jimdo. I contacted Jimdo immediately upon receipt of the email and was told, in effect, too bad, sucker. For your own good, stay far away from this company.

Chegg has been really good in recent years, but of late, its quality of delivery has been dropping. 1.They removed the comment section, which was helpful in helping people know if the answer was wrong or correct, now we have to blindly follow an answer. For someone like me who uses chug for understanding my classes better, this is not good, and I hope it can change2. The same question is asked around 10 times, and someone copies and pastes their WRONG ANSWER again and again every time the question is asked. Is there a way of banning people from answering a question more than once, or from banning an answer from appearing more than once. We are paying money every month so that we can get better at our grades, not so that some inconsiderate beings can recycle their wrong answers, just because they want to increase their answered questions count. This defeats the purpose of me paying money for Chegg, and I hope this can be looked into. I am not stupid to ask a question that has already been asked 10 times, it is because I am not satisfied with the answer which has been provided, it is just disheartening to see that your question was answered with the same wrong answer which was used to answer other questions. We only have 20 questions per month, and having your question go to waste is quite disheartening, And your customer service is the WORST.PLEASE FIX THIS CHEGG, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IN RECENT MONTHS.

Purchased a Maytag Bravo washing machine January 20, 2021. It was delivered February 11 2021. Broke down August 19 2024; drn error code, which means drain pump. Called BB, technicians were scheduled for Friday August 23. I was told between 7a.m. and 7 p.m. but that I'd get an email with arrival time, never happened. I called and was told between 8-12. I took off from work to wait. Techs didn't open machine. They ordered a drain pump. I told them it also made a grinding noise during deep wash cycle. They ordered another part and told me they would return on Thursday August 29th. That was Friday, on Monday I received a text that date was canceled due to second part (not the drain pump), was delayed. No ETA provided. I called BB, waited on forever-hold, asked to cancel second part and have techs arrive on Friday the 29, as I was promised by the techs. This rinse & repeat cycled for four times until today, Tuesday 8/27, I received a text that Thursday is booked up and soonest available is Tuesday, September 3rd. I asked the last useless call-center agent, Baline, to cancel the second part to just keep the appointment for Thursday. Baline canceled the order then told me it will still be scheduled the 3rd of September. What was the point? NONE of the useless call center agents, who are programmed to only read from the computer screen, and are devoid of critical thinking skills, listened to what I was saying. Amazingly, the technician who came to my house reached out to me at 7 pm. He said by her canceling the order, which they are never supposed to do, pushed the arrival of the part back another 30 days. The company has a 30 day window to receive the parts and repair the unit, so heads-up to potential buyers, be prepared to be without your appliance for 30 days. The laundromat nearest my location charges $5.75 per washload. I still have to schlep back all my wet clothes to dry in my still functioning dryer. Bottom line: Avoid Best Buy like the plague. Buy used refurbished units that are 20+ years old without the planned obsolescence features of the newer models. Knowledge from the various technicians who have serviced our appliances: Your unit is only as good as the Extended warranty. So buy the 5-year cheese plan. Appliances are now disposable, with a 5-7 year life span. Forgo the bells & whistles for long-term functionality. Whirlpool owns most of the brands and they are not worth the money.Good luck!

A driver accused us of scratching his car and Lyft charged us $80. We pushed back and asked for proof that we did it. Lyft refused to provide this and wouldn’t refund the charge. The emails with customer service are terrible - they don’t respond to any questions or even seriously consider the customers side of the story.

Sent a deposit payment but bank blocked first one due to checks got the checks fixed so sent again and has left account have the faster payment id to trace payment but when i call i speak to a new advisor who cant check previous notes so have to explain it all again this has me feeling suicidal cant speak to a manager ive sent imaged showing the payment please be careful when using coinbase because they have 0 support
