Finding it extremely difficult to cancel a trial.I thought like any normal organisation if I cancelled my payment it would cancel the trial, it seems that isn't the case and they're still demanding sums of money.They refuse to cancel the subscription via email and insist I call them, but if I call them there is an automated message saying they're extremely busy and the queue is full and I get hung up on before I manage to speak to a human being.All seems very shady to me.

After only a couple of weeks of use my HP laptop lost its audio and would freeze and re start after only a few minutes of use. HP support only took me through the same trouble shooting steps over and over again with negative results. They refused to honor the warranty and offered the same ineffective trouble shooting and long waits on hold.

Absolute scammers, I am a seller and shipped an item to my customer, customer was a scammer and filed a report with his bank, wellfargo, his bank asked for proof of delivery, I sent the tracking code along with pictures of the package delivered inside the mail room of the customer’s residence, the bank adjudicated for the customer saying “proof of delivery doesn’t mean proof of receipt”. I was charged an extra $30 for adjudication fees. Pure filth.

If i could, i would have given it zero stars. They changed a system that was working perfectly on pc and ipad when i 1st started using lastpass many years ago.If not broke, it does not need fixing. Putting a toolbar extension back into the system that should never be taken away is ridiculous. Clicking on that blue square with 3 dots and being met with “ log out, log back in and if that does not work, clear browser history and log back in” i did this yesterday afternoon and it worked. Today, i log back in and met with “log out etc” again. Asking a tech support question some years agp, anything that deviates from the scripted q & a baffles them. It was obvious 2/3 years ago that tech support was not based in a country whose 1st language is english. Incompetence is applicable to anyone, regardless of skin colour. It is the ability to do the job to a competent standard that is important. If someone were to play the race card, i would say “rubbish” and that hiding behind that excuse is inexcusable.
