We booked a 12 day holiday and looked to book someone from this site to house sit. We have 2 dogs & three cats. The cats only want some food putting in front of them three times a day. We were quoted £1900 for 12 days. Twice more than the holiday. Just ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if I could. They offer new subscribers a free onboarding phone call to answer questions. I signed up and was at my phone and no call came, even though it had been confirmed. Instead, I got an automated message to the effect that I had missed the call. I went through the process again and the same thing happened. Then, I tried chat. I asked for a person, but whoever was there said hello and disappeared when I explained my problem. She just ended the chat! I needed a real service I could use for something important. MailChimp is obviously not that service.

I purchased 2 tickets for a boat ride and was charged twice. Between Groupon and EventBrite neither one wants to take responsibility or try to rectify the situation. Neither company has a number you can call. Its a mess and I am out over $56.00. The people from Groupon deny everything. Eventbrite the same.

I’ve been a user since it’s early days..With a heavy sad heart I can say that once the company was sold to the Chinese it got worse and worse.User experience was completely destroyed, UI the same. And now they’ve implemented unique profile usernames that come with a massive concern for privacy. They’ve started making personal profiles of their users. If you’re not concerned in any way shape or form that the Chinese government has access to your personal messages and information, then that’s on you!I will officially stop using the app in March when I will be forced to change my username.Such a shame! I used to love this app. Was my all time favourite for years.

If I could give a zero I would. What a ridiculous site and such a bad image to eBay. I have used the UK, Irish and USA ones and never had issues with buying/bidding items but this one just seems like a scam and you have nowhere to complain which is weird. The only thing I did was make bids and ask sellers if they post to Ireland! I even won an item and it was sent with no issues. My account has been permanently banned because I put the community as risk! Lol what a load of bs...Can't even ask what they mean by putting at risk of what? Making bids? Never felt so unwelcome at a company.

My friend opened an account and received the code immediately, but after reading what problems people have had to leave a review, I am worried about any purchase on this site, as there is no support from customer service, wery sad

This bank has gone downhill so, so fast! They blocked my "World Traveler" visa card as soon as I tried to use it overseas. 11 days of phone calls, several hours each day, and every day their reps promised to fix the issue, and it kept happening. Now they shut down my account completely, so I am stranded overseas. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they forward all calls overseas, and no one knows what they are doing. THis was a HORRIBLE experience, Stay away from these people!
