Hilton Slussen - StockholmHotel situated in city centre, metro station is just around the corner. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated. There was also a lot of construction work going on around.Plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel for a quick bite or fancy dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great for business travellers. There is everything that one needs; kettle, ironing board, hairdryer, etc. Rooms might be a bit small, but space is well utilised.

Since Hollyoaks first look moved to on demand I’ve seen the “we’re so embarrassed… “ error message more than I’ve seen my own kids & a 23 minute program takes an hour to watch. No wonder they’re losing viewers.

After having a replacement print is sent for a broken printer. The replacement was also not working and after being on the phone with them for one hour and being transferred after a 30 minute, wait to somebody else who had no clue what was going on and asked me to start all over again, and then they disconnected from me extremely extremely extremely beyond frustrating.

I bought an HP laptop and I’ve HP Touchpad is a Joke, and Their Drivers Are Uselessnever…

I bought an HP laptop and I’ve never been more frustrated with something this basic: the touchpad doesn’t work right, and HP gives you no way to fix it. There’s no way to assign a simple one-finger right-click, the scroll speed is trash, and their support site gives you nothing but filter drivers with zero settings.I spent hours digging through broken links, old drivers, and fake solutions — all just to try and make the touchpad behave like every other laptop should. HP support is useless, their drivers are stripped-down junk, and their hardware feels like it was never tested by real users.If you expect your laptop to work out of the box, skip HP. This has been a waste of time and energy.

Had a good experience with Logitech

Seeing negative reviews on trustpilot was honestly a surprise to me. I bought a keyboard last summer at a best buy and the space bar broke about a month ago. I went on their website, filed a claim, and was sent a new keyboard. I did have to go to best buy and get a copy of the receipt, but I didn't feel like that was unreasonable. They responded to all of my emails as well. The only thing that would've been better is if they would have taken the broken keyboard back to try to repair it and maybe resell as used (rather than just having me throw it away), but from a purely consumer perspective this was about the best I could ask for.

Ebay is getting absolutely terrible to…

Ebay is getting absolutely terrible to try to make any money selling an item for small person with not a lot of parts or without a shop. I just sold a dashboard center grill for $400 plus a flat rate fee of $150 shipping. I barely came out with 350 bucks with all their fees. Even if you sell an item and you have the amount for shipping to be exact. What the the buyer is going to pay. eBay will still take money out of that money so you're actually out of pocket for the shipping cost as well. This is getting absolutely ridiculous out of like I said $550 in total I didn't make 350 bucks.

I purchased a Xerox printer from Dell…

I purchased a Xerox printer from Dell in April. I did not set it up right away as I was renovating my office. I plugged it in recently and it only printed about 8 pages and died on me. I tried customer service to no avail. When I try to return it, I am told it is past the 30 day return policy. I will never order another computer, printer or anything from Dell. I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years, purchasing computers for my agency as well as for personal use. I guess that doesn't matter anymore.

STAY FAR AWAY.I REGRET buying from them, tell people to stay far away from them, and for good reason.I brought a laptop [ DELL XPS13 2 in 1] off them around 2 years ago. It caused me massive trouble and annoyance from day 1. I needed it for College, and [Graphic Design] work. The laptop was nothing short of faulty, broken, glitchy, sound not working, the tablet mode not working to getting a motherboard replaced once and ALMOST a second time (I told them I had enough, 4/5 repairs, and the laptop was still faulty as day one) I've made many multiple complaints to them about the laptop for them to only say we will continue to repair it. Eventually, I had to write a strong-worded email to them about including my rights as a citizen, and the right to repair or replace. Long story short, I got a new one, and it's physically FALLING apart. The screen is wobbly, the keyboard is LIFTING FROM the base, It has physical cracks on the keyboard breaking it in half.. the USB c holders are faulty. just stay away from them.

My husband had fraudulent charges on his card, called them up to dispute them, they refused and said they will 'open an investigation'. We never heard back from them then they threatened to send the balance to collections. Avoid this company at all costs. Bunch of scammers.

I had just moved and accidentally shipped things to my last house. Within 30 seconds of ordering I called immediately (because I had made this mistake the night before and had to have my mom(who Is a lot more strongman willed than I am) argue until they refunded my gift card because the customer service was awful and not listening to me, I knew I needed to call ASAP) and they said they could not cancel it but would try however there were no guarantees. THIRTY SECONDS AND THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES?! I never got the package from the forwarded mail and never got a refund. Totally disappointed that they could not 1. Cancel an order made within a minute and 2. That the customer service was particularly unhelpful. I love ULTA in stores but there needs to be a better system going online. Let me cancel my order from the app within a certain amount of time or be able to cancel the order when called. I know for a fact that there is not someone with my order in a package within 30 seconds of me ordering so why it cannot be canceled is a MYSTERY to me. It’s practically a scam and disgusting. They have my money and I don’t have my products. It’s been months.

Ulta employees need to remember that the customers aren't all going to be looking like the kardashia

My wife went in for a make over and all the make over artist were very judgmental. I know my wife is no Kardashian But isnt that the reason that customers come in is for you to make them feel like a million bucks so they buy your products. If this is Ultas standards then they have alot of work to do. Need to work on customer service. We wanted to get my wife's hair touched up and done there as well. $57 to $77 for a hair cut and $77 to $97 for a die. My wife called hair cuttery and they charged her $28 for hair cut and $67 for a touch up die.
