I purchased a Xerox printer from Dell…

I purchased a Xerox printer from Dell in April. I did not set it up right away as I was renovating my office. I plugged it in recently and it only printed about 8 pages and died on me. I tried customer service to no avail. When I try to return it, I am told it is past the 30 day return policy. I will never order another computer, printer or anything from Dell. I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years, purchasing computers for my agency as well as for personal use. I guess that doesn't matter anymore.
