They are stealing credit card numbers

This site is used for phishing attacks to steal credit card information. Reporting abuse is impossible without registering an account first. That is ridiculous and makes them complicit.

Excellent service

I have never had a problem with Amazon.ca. They deliver products fast and most of the time the products arrive early. I have never had any issues with contacting customer service and I get to talk to a real person (not a machine). They have excellent customer service and I will continue to shop on their online warehouse. Thank you Amazon for excellent service.

Poor Customer Experience

We hold a number of Business Zoom Events Licences. While the product itelf may be great, the Customer Account Management at Zoom leaves a LOT to be desired. Multiple emails and phone calls go unanswered. Requests for information, and meetings to discuss are ignored, or incorrectly actioned.Given the popularity of the product, it would be wonderful to see some Account Management Standards introduced or enforced to ensure customer satisfaction. As it stands, poor customer interactions have caused us to look elsewhere for similar product.

Can't cancel subscription

You can only cancel your subscription by phone, which places you in a long queue and then cuts you off. Tried to cancel online and via email and they will not go through with it and warn you that "cancelling your payments will not cancel your subscription. This will remain active and will continue to accrue charges until it has been cancelled " so they know full well that people are trying to block payments from their account because it's so hard to unsubscribe. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't take out their free subscription offer.

HORRIBLE NEW policy of MAKING people…

HORRIBLE NEW policy of MAKING people fill out a review before allowing them to look at any information. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SCEWS THE INFORMATION. I now will be concerned about the quality of the information since it was forcibly obtained. I wrote about a job interview I had in 1985. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE WEBSITE IF WE ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE INFO? BACKWARDS THINKING!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!

Why should I have to pay for an app and pay for the movies on it?

I have to pay to have the app and then I also have to pay to watch the movies, you are basically stealing from people and I have had enough of it I go to watch a movie on your app that I have to pay money for and when I search the movie up I have to pay for it, it is ridiculous. The movies on prime that you don’t have to pay for are stupid and nobody wants to watch them. Either I pay for the app or I pay for the movie you need to change this it is getting out of hand.

Warning on WorryNoMore plan sold by Macy's

Just a warning if you shop at Macy's for furniture and are thinking about the WorryNoMore plan. We purchased a sectional at the start of 2018. We had an issue with one of the recliners in December 2020 and filed a claim. Someone came out and verified it was damaged. WorryNoMore said a part was ordered and it would arrive to us in 2 to 12 weeks. 14 weeks later no part. WorryNoMore then sent us an offer to settle the claim for a cash amount of less than half of what we paid of that section or a replacement - meaning no repair option. We look on Macy's and the sectional we had purchased is discontinued. I called Macy's and basically was told sorry, that is between you and WorryNoMore. So, not able to get a replacement piece and not able to get a repair making the WorryNoMore plan basically worthless to us. Save yourself some money...

scam/fraud customer service emails with recipe

This company customer service is sending to people fraud/scam emails. I brought a computer and my son did not want it because it does not had a card so i decide to returned. they told me to wait around 30 days to get the return money back. I have almost 3 months and I still not get my money back instead I got scam/fraud emails saying that my money was deposited in my bank account which was not true so, I was keep calling the customer service and I still getting messages with fake recipes saying that the amount of money was deposited in my account. amount of money that was not even the amount of the computer I brought. I talk with around 5 different people of customer service, and all of them sending emails saying that the problem was resulted but not. I still waiting for my money return into my bank account and my child almost finish his school without computer. really how can a good company send fraud/scam emails to their clients. I do have proof of all the mails, people of customer service who sent those recipe. I do not recommending anymore this company to anyone instead be aware because their are people who can still you information and do bad things to you like they did with me when they send fake recipe of computers that I never brought or those scam/fraud emails saying that they returned the money when is not true.

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!!!

Their expedited shipping is not expedited! The computer I ordered works as advertised and I have no issues with it. My issue is that I paid $52 for expedited shipping on 5 June and it was supposed to be delivered on 7June. Keep in mind, that free shipping had it being delivered on 10 June. I received the computer on 9 June. One day ahead of free shipping, and they refused to refund the expedited shipping cost of $52, and didn't deliver as advertised.

Review of LinkedIn

Scams, scams, scams, and did I mention if you’re looking for work that you’ll find more scams before

LinkedIn in my personal opinion has always been that it’s overrated, especially in getting a job in the tech industry, which as of right now (9/5/23) is pretty bad to look for a position right now due to massive layoffs. In addition, the best features to avoid scams and standout seems to be tied with their premium service, which promises the individual that they will “Get hired faster,” and this is where the red flags started to come in. So, let me get this straight, the worst possible results that are given will 9 out of 10 be scam jobs, and if you want to avoid that and standout and get an edge that I need to pay an additional service? Yeah, it’s ridiculous, so my advice is to keep it traditional and go to your local unemployment office or temp agency to give you a more realistic view of your job prospects at the moment, because these job boards online are not it.Good luck!
