I was sold GoDaddy’s Website + Marketing plan despite clearly outlining my technical requirements — including plugin support, custom code, and advanced SEO tools. None of these were supported by the product I was given.After discovering this (during active development), I raised the issue through multiple support channels. What followed was a frustrating cycle of scripted apologies, delays, and repeated escalations — with no resolution.Even after clearly stating my case and requesting a fair outcome (a year of WordPress hosting at no cost and access to the original plan until the end of term), I was met with deflection and vague responses. Their customer service has been appalling.I’ve now moved to a more transparent and capable provider and am pursuing a full refund and compensation for lost revenue. If you value your time, money, or sanity — look elsewhere.

The customer service is useless. My booking did not appear in my account and could not find their email. Nevertheless I had paid two months before arrival and I had the paypal receipt which I duly forwarded them. I have been in touch with them via phone and emails, they were just unable and unwilling to help. Eventually the hotel did have the booking. I wonder how is it possible that booking could not get in touch with the hotel to check if something was wrong in their records? I provided all the details they asked for, many times, but they never got back to me. Unbelievable! One star is far too much!

Determined to make it as difficult as possible for people to access iplayer. 8 attempts it took me despite the idiot on the screen saying it was easy. God knows how older people manage. Should be ashamed. How much of the licence fee did it cost to mismanage this.

I used QuickBooks a while ago and it did its function well so I redownloaded the app because I have need of it again. I logged into my existing account no issue, and resubscribed. But then I discovered the app is completely broken. It pings me between a page that tells me my subscription has expired, and a popup that says I've already subscribed. Entirely useless and thank god I was only charged 99p. I've never deleted anything faster in my life.

I was a big fan of BBC News & programmes like Question Time but I stopped watching during Brexit. I wanted arguments for both remain & leave so I could make the right decision for the country. What we got was almost 100% leaving is bad & remain is good. It was the same with Covid no one at the BBC reported concerns about lockdowns or vaccines. No reporting on French yellow vest protests, grooming gangs or until recently much reporting on dinghies of migrants arriving on the South Coast. The BBC just report THEIR views. The recent Lineker saga just proved the point. I'm sure Linekers view is pretty much what most people in the BBC think but they not speaking for people in red wall areas up North or people on the South Coast dealing with the illegal migrant problem. I expect if you went for a job on BBC News or at the BBC if you mentioned you support the Migration Bill, like Brexit & quite like Farage I doubt you would even get an interview.Update 23/ 04 /23The BBC just hired Oscar Bentley has a political fact checker & he is a Labour activist. You couldn't make it up.
