The product is great most of the time, but when it's bad or has issues, their customer service department is horrendous or non-existent, especially if you are a free user or an invitee. I was not a paid user, so I don't know if they priortize paid customers vs. free ones or not, but I am sure they do.

Ebay allows these Chinese based companies to miss represent there products and when you want to return it you have to pay almost half the cost of the item for postage. Ebay chat bot does nothing and you can talk to nobody from Ebay. Stay away from Ebay and use a safe company like Amazon.

Twitter is a poor Company.Activists were stopping Ambulances in London get patients to Hospitals by blocking roads by laying on the floor.I entered a comment on Twitter, Twitter did not like it."MY LATE MOTHER REQUIRED AN INTENSIVE CARE AMBULANCE TO TRANSPORT HER A NJMBER OF YEARS AGO TO ANOTHER LONDON HOSPITAL DUE TO A LACK OF INTENSIVE CARE BEDS, SO OF COURSE I WAS ANGRY WHEN I READ PEOPLE WERE COMITTING SUCH RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR"I removed the Tweet and apologised to Twitter.They still permanently suspended my account.Twitter do not understand the word sorry.In life we can all say things in a spur of the moment.VERY POOR COMPANY.Free Speech no longer exists in this world.

Tried a refund, but refund was refused due to the movies being partially watched - how can I see that the movies is broken if I am not watching it????IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH!!!! And I can see from the comments, that they have known for years that the movie is broken, but they are still renting it out! SCAMMERS!!!!

My account was compromised and absolutely zero support and help from Google to recover account. No email or phone number to call. Still getting billed by Google on my credit card for multiple services that I cannot access. Complete nightmare.
