Rented a movie. Movie was broken. Tried to chat to Youtube, chat was not working. Tried a refund, but refund was refused due to the movies being partially watched - how can I see that the movies is broken if I am not watching it????IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH!!!! And I can see from the comments, that they have known for years that the movie is broken, but they are still renting it out! SCAMMERS!!!!
