I have had the need to ask for quite a lot of help with my project and have had nothing but amazing support from all of the tech support team.Always willing to spend time and try and find solutions to every problem. Most of which have been simply getting used to the product, not the product itself, which is great.Ganny Gbadebo

Expedia sells Trip Protection. How do you understand 'Trip Protection' when you read this review? If something unforeseen happens, you can cancel or at least reschedule your flight. This is my understanding. Not with Expedia. They grab the extra payment and tell you, "Sorry, we can't do it." So you lose the money you paid for the flight and the extra Trip Protection you purchased. Does this sound like a scam? Yes, it does.

I have only recently signed up to Expedia, and taking the advice these sites give on saving money by booking early, I did. Never again. I had to have some dental work done in Antalya Turkey, so after browsing hotels, decided on the crowne plaza hotel. I thought it was going to be a painful week at the clinic so I treated myself and booked a 1 room suite for £1, 050.00 for 7 nights. I had to have the booked dental work done so I didn’t bother paying the extortionate cancellation fees, I had to go, like it or not. A few days later, I noticed that the same 1 room suite, same dates was now only £800 for the week! The price was now £250 cheaper than what I paid. I do understand that as the season progresses, the prices are bound to rise, but we are talking a matter of days, not weeks or months. I am flabbergasted! I queried this with Expedia, who just sent me a stock reply ‘prices can vary, can we help you with anything else’ now the suspicious side of me starts thinking; I was a brand new customer, with money to spend, how hard would it be for them to ‘tinker’ with the prices, let’s whack on a few hundred quid and see if he swallows it, if not, well can reduce the prices, a bit like the proverbial second hand car salesman, start off high, then reduce as necessary. This may seem outlandish to anyone reading this, but think about it. They are out to make as much money from you as possible, that’s just business and understandable, but to manipulate the prices in order to maximise their profits in this way is tantamount to fraud. I genuinely believed that by booking a bit earlier would save me money, how wrong I was, and want to warn others from falling into the same trap.I am also going to start investigating this in much more detail, I will start by informing all my Facebook friends and ask if they have experienced something similar, then ‘request’ information from Expedia themselves, with special interest in the algorithms they use with their pricing policy. I will leave no stone unturned and will update this review as and when. In the meantime, be very conscious of this when you book via Expedia.

Clover is a god send!! Honestly the best EPOS system I've ever had. The seller demonstrated the system to me and went through a reasonable pricing package as well. I've had nothing but ease with this system and am so happy I found it! Would definitely recommend!

55% price increase planned to the subscription in September 2025 for any small business on standard with a small numbers of employees (i.e you'll be paying 2 plan tiers higher) under the guise of:"The new simplified plans are designed to give you easier access to the tools to help run your business efficiently. That means fewer add-ons, as more key features are included in plans."I.e we hollowed out all of the plans assuming that our userbase is locked into our service.Lets not even talk about "the new invoicing experience".

This shop was amazing. Our puppy was recently in a horrible accident and was deceased unexpectedly. Pet City helped us adopt a family member of our puppy and was so caring and sympathetic during the process. Thank you for helping make our family whole again!!

I knew what to expect after reading all of the reviews here but still thought I might be able to get through to someone in order to cancel my subscription. The first time I was in a queue and after 15 minutes, I went from being the 5th call in line to the 3rd but then the call was disconnected shortly after. I called straight back and was then somehow the 7th caller on the line and the same thing happened where the call was cut off after I waited on hold for ages. I gave up after the third call, looked in to it online and found out that Barclays can block the payment if the retailer won't cancel your payment or you're having issues with the retailer i.e. The Times. I've managed to get Barclays to cancel the monthly payment from my account. The Times are actively running some sort of scam here where they've made it impossible to get in touch with them and are the only subscription service I've come across that don't allow you to cancel online. They've also made it even more difficult to cancel with your bank because the subscription isn't set up as a direct debit payment. Would advise anyone else to avoid them like the plague and if you're struggling to cancel, get in touch with your bank.
Review of teachable
I purchased a course through Teachable in December last year that was not helpful AT ALL so I requested a refund. They were very helpful in the start but around 4 months later, I still haven’t seen my refund. They have agreed to give me my money back but my requests just seem to constantly be passed to someone else in the chain and nothing happens. After getting frustrated and confused as to what to do next, I filed a dispute with PayPal. After this, they replied to my email saying they were happy to give me my money back but there was an issue processing it on their end due to the fact that I had an open dispute with PayPal.They told me they could refund my money once the dispute was cancelled. I was reluctant to do so as once you’ve cancelled a dispute on a transaction, you can’t submit another.I trusted them and cancelled the PayPal dispute which they then said they would pass my case to their “engineers” (?) to process my refund and take care of. It has nearly been a month since their last email to me. I have emailed twice since then asking for an update which have both been ignored. Please just don’t buy a course through teachable if there’s any chance you might want a refund.

Was trying for a free trial, now I have an unending stream of emails referring to my *account* into which I have never been able to login, let alone cancel. Decided on another accounting program which had different job tracking capabilities, so can't comment on quality of the program itself, but the customer service in trying to resolve this is dreadful.
Review of fourseasons
Visited today, £14 for a kids drink and £25 for an adult cocktail, sat in the terrace and noticed mice running around. Not what you expect for a five star hotel. Felt dirty and itchy, just quickly wanted to leave. Upon paying noticed one of the mice on the chair I was just sitting on. Waiter said “oh well, we are close to hyde park” extremely dissapointed and wont be back. Could have been sitting on micre droppings and we had children that found it repulsive. Oh and the massive square ice cube is cute but not impressive, it just waters the cocktail down super quick. Felt like I was drinking water. This was Four Seasons London hotel.
