They say they'll give a refund or a credit for an improper charge and customer never receives either of them. I sent them a message and they don't even respond. I've WAITED OVER A MONTH to receive refund and credit for improper charge. I'll probably tear up my Red card and shop elsewhere. Also, they have never told their staff over the years that using the Red Card DOESN'T eliminate shipping fees - it actually doesn't because customer still has to hit a $35 minimum to get free shipping. So it's not really free shipping when cost of purchases needs to increase in order to get the free shipping.
