I never received my floor pillows. They were 85 dollars and never got delivered. I called about this matter a few times and they said my package did indeed get to me. I told them I never received them. Never gave me a refund or offered to ship out new pillows. Very disappointed and couldn’t believe nothing got done. I’ll never order from them again.

A truly wretched app. Literally full of liars and scammers that the app allows and try to upload one sentence of the truth and they ban you! I've been on this p.o.s for roughly 5 yrs as it was popular in the country where I had a beach resort, for my guests. I literally had approx 20/30 maniacs pretending to be certain actors or singers, contacting me with non stop lies and b.s. daily The fact that this p.o.s. app allows that and does nothing, tells you everything!!!

As a handmade seller, I’m shocked by how Etsy treats small creators. A buyer made false claims, refused to return the item, and left a dishonest, damaging review. I provided full documentation, but Etsy offered no real support—just automated replies and a broken reporting system. There is no way to escalate serious cases or upload evidence properly. Meanwhile, buyers can easily abuse the system and ruin your reputation. Etsy makes it clear: sellers are on their own. I’ve lost trust in this platform and no longer feel safe doing business here.

I filed my taxes on February 18,2021! My 1200 dollars were sent to a different address called in December of 2020 was told they traced it the representative told me she took care of that called back she didn't now my 1200 dollars is on review for another 8 weeks! I have not received one stimulus check or a refund! I don't trust the IRS! I am refusing to take any vaccine! If I can't trust them to give me my refund I don't trust them to vaccinate me! No refund no vaccine for me! This is my money that they are holding not theirs! I am boycotting! This is wrong and discriminating against so many minorities!

I signed up to try YELP for my Real Estate Business and because it was producing no results I cancel it in the first 30 day in June of 2023.However in September, October November and now December of 2023 they have been unknowingly charging my credit Card $900 each month for something I cancelled. I am now out $3600 and when I called them yesterday they said I put my account on "pause" and did not click "Cancel" back in June when I talked to their Represenative who of course no longer works at YELP. Its hard enough trying to to run a business these days and then add this company's act of dishonesty and deceptive practices and now I have no trust for YELP and will never recommend anyone I know to use them.

After WEEKS of my GoDaddy domain not connecting to Squarespace I went to customer service for help. In a word, their service SUCKS!!! After HOURS online with them with a number of different customer service reps, they could not help me and did not know what to do. I'm *this* close to filing a lawsuit against Squarespace. I have 7 websites with them and it is a HUGE burden to try and move everything but I cannot get my site connected and it is so infuriating.
