As a handmade seller, I’m shocked by how Etsy treats small creators. A buyer made false claims, refused to return the item, and left a dishonest, damaging review. I provided full documentation, but Etsy offered no real support—just automated replies and a broken reporting system. There is no way to escalate serious cases or upload evidence properly. Meanwhile, buyers can easily abuse the system and ruin your reputation. Etsy makes it clear: sellers are on their own. I’ve lost trust in this platform and no longer feel safe doing business here.
